Consistently fantastic service
I have let my property in Liverpool through Tick and from the outset have found the whole team to be incredibly helpful and responsive. My flat was rented out very quickly and I have had no issues or hassle. Jo, Sean and the team are all very friendly and contactable - I can't recommend Tick highly enough!

Be careful about your deposite.
Be careful when you rent a house from this agency. They cut off 200£ of my deposit. They cited the cleanliness and the presence of some mold in the house as an excuse. However, I cleaned the house before moving out, and I stayed for only 5 months. The molds were already existing when I rented it, but they didn't accept. I have photos of when I moved into the house, but when you zoom in, you can't see well. You can understand how small a thing we are talking about. The property manager was so rude when she contacted me. I hope you will not work with her. I was even willing to accept deductions under £100, but £200 was too much and unfair for a house that I delivered clean and early. I will file a complaint about the cutting off, but I'm unsure if it's worth pursuing, as it won't be easy.
Smooth Rental with Tick Property
While we were still abroad, our rental process with Tick Property went very smoothly. During the tenancy, Nathan, in particular, supported us in every matter, and every problem was resolved quite quickly. We are very grateful.
Fantastic staff and support
Tia, the property manager, was incredibly helpful throughout my tenancy. She replied very promptly whenever I needed help with anything in the property. Tia also made ending my tenancy a quick and stress free process which I really appreciated! I really enjoyed my time at trueman street and wouldn’t be leaving if my personal circumstances hadn’t changed!
Wonderful Agency
I have had a wonderful experience with Tick. The whole application process was clear and stress free, and I would like to thank Nino especially for getting back to my emails so quickly and answering all of my questions! And Jo for initially contacting me and being so helpful. All of the staff are friendly and seem to really care about helping out, especially with us as first time renters which was so reassuring. They are by far the best letting agency I have communicated with during our appartment search and I would recommended their service to anyone. Our experience with Tick has been nothing but positive and the property itself exceeded our expectations upon arrival, where we were greeted by Tia, which was lovely. Thank you!
Demonstrates professionalism and expertise
Will Norris is one of the Tick Property agents I worked with majority of the time during my tenancy application, starting from viewing the property to finalizing the agreement. He is excellent in his work, honest, efficient, and very helpful. Even after I moved into the new apartment, I reached out to ask if the letting company also helps Setup home internet, and he although he mentioned politely that they don't, he offered suggestions on how to go about the issue. The other agents in the same team, Joanne and Nino are equally great. I'd highly recommend Tick Property Group and it's wonderful team

The Tick Property is such a helpful agency ! They are very quick responding queries, helpful and seems like they do everything they can for people to be able to rent their properties. Also, whenever we had a problem in our tenancy and a workman was needed, Tia Curan resolved that straigh away and we had the problem solved the next days. Had the best living experience with Tick property group!!!!! Nathan especially was so helpful! He responded within a day to any maintenance issues and had them all fixed instantly. When we left they he was very fair with our deposit and we had no complaints. Loved living with them and would definitely recommend. Beautiful apartment and great management!
