We renting an apartment from tick…
We renting an apartment from tick propety,turned out to be simple and without any problems. At the beginning I had contact with Joanne Rudkin, who was very nice and precise in her work. After telling her what I was looking for and what my financial possibilities were, she offered me an apartment that would meet our expectations. Jo then forwarded my lease to Nino Rizhamadze for the next stages of inspection, and since then I have only had contact with Nini. Nini is also a very nice, competent woman who made the process of renting a place to live without any problems or stress. The apartment was clean on the day of pickup. I contacted Nini about a radiator fault, they sent the service the next day and replaced the radiator with a new one. My wife and I are very happy that we found such a good real estate agency, we sincerely recommend it. 10/10
Fast sale
As soon as the house was live, we had viewings the next day! I was so relieved as there's a lull in selling at the moment. The other houses on our street are still for sale, yet we had 2 offers within a fortnight, and have now sold!

Will was very prompt and patient in answering all my queries. This has been a very smooth and seamless move-in process, and I can't thank the team enough for setting everything up. Our property manager Nathan has also been very helpful with fixing minor problems with the flat upon request.

The move in process was very smooth - no issues whatsoever. Great communication throughout with all members of the team! When moving in there were a few problem with the flat, but they sent contractors out the next day to resolve the issues! Couldn’t be happier with the service we have been provided.

So helpful. We have recently moved into a new place and we couldn’t have done it without Will, he was so helpful and made the whole experience run smooth. Will’s communication and keeping us in the loop is something to be praised. When we were passed onto Nino we were apprehensive as we had made a great relationship with Will but Nino was just as brilliant, keeping us in the loop, chasing up the references, ensuring we could move in on the proposed date, she couldn’t have done anymore for us. Both have still been in contact after we have moved in to ensure we are happy and that everything is going well. We are so grateful for the positive experience we had with Tick, both Will and Nino just made the whole process that little bit better. A little shout out to Joanne who was there to hand our keys over she was also helpful. Thanks again Tick!

Great experience with Tick
Since our first viewing of an apartment with Tick we have had nothing but a great experience with Joanne. She did our viewing, giving us an extensive run down of everything within the property and she seemed to answer every question we had before we had a chance to even mention it! When it came time to move in she did our key handover and went over every last other detail and gave us one last walk around to ensure we were happy with the property. Jo has been nothing less than an incredible letting agent and I’m sure she will continue to show this throughout our tenancy here. I highly recommend using Tick Property Group as they will make renting a property so much easier
