Dealt with Nathan over the past year for renewing my contract and any maintenance issues with my flat and Nathan has always been extremely professional. I want to personally shout out Will Norris from Tick. My friend and I had just moved to the UK and we were struggling to find a flat as foreigners. Most letting companies were asking for extensive documents that we simply didn’t have, they also weren’t all able to provide us adequate details about the flats we were interested in. We eventually viewed a house with Will and were blown away by how helpful he was. He was able to provide us with so much information and was an overall pleasant person to work with. We decided to end up renting with Tick and it was such a fast, straightforward, and easy process. They have been more than communicative, and also just overall wonderful people to lease with.

Cannot recommend this agency any more! After months of hell and our last application falling through, we were recommended to Tick and they have been absolutely amazing! We’ve worked with a few different management companies before. I will say hands down Tick is the best I’ve come across. The staff is extremely efficient, friendly and punctual. We were never left wondering for long periods of time. Nothing was ever ambiguous. They were the most accommodating of anyone we’ve dealt with. Straight to the point, helpful beyond measure, and a dream to deal with. Any inquiries we had, they did the best they could to resolve either to our expectations, but more often than not, exceeding them every time. Seriously nothing bad to even nit-pick about.
Having had a not so great experience with another estate agent, I transferred to Tick, and I've been very impressed with them, particularly Phil and Cameron who have made sure I am supported in the process of selling home.
