They never paid for a hat. They never shipped to me and sent me a bill saying I never finished completed the task of paying for it. I did it again and they screwed me for another payment.
Great products, troublesome website
Decent navigation on website. So many options it can be confusing trying to decide. Good prices. But the website is soooo cluttered that I nearly gave up. There seems to be no way to stop the constant barrage of text-boxes indicating that someone just bought something or other. I don't need that info. It's not just distracting but gets in the way of viewing info and pictures.

Do not buy anything from them. It is a SCAM, I fell in to its trap. I bought some hats when they arrive they look NOTHING like the pictures. They use other brands pictures, and the actual products were so bad it’s a complete joke. Their refund policy states they will pay for return shipping if it’s a quality issue, which I am at the moment trying to get them to pay - they did tried convincing me to accept $15 refund. Seriously?!

Total scam. Bought cowboy hat size xxl. Received a toy cowboy hat that would fit a child and made of cheap felt. Only recourse was to return to China and pay shipping. Gave it away as cheap gift. Do not buy from them!!!

For the second and final time I've received something doesn't remotely resemble what was on the website. Contacted them asking for a refund. This was their replay: Dear customer, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with our items, we use cardboard boxes for packaging, items in transit by extrusion is inevitable, you can try to make the hat recovery, with a heavy object in the brim of the pressure, to the middle of the hat stuffed with a sphere, hats are more resilient, or you can try to iron the hat with an ironing machine to iron the hat flat, thank you for your cooperation and understanding. In order to show our apology, this side can apply to the company to give you $15 compensation, please accept our apology! Please keep our products as well, seeing as you received a freebie from us, thank you for your understanding! Please let me know your decision. Customer Service Department I will never buy thos crap again.
Tienda Hat Rip-off scam.
Tienda hat is a scam and a rip off! I recently purchased the Lonestar hat. It states that it is handmade in Texas--that's a lie! Made in China. Also states fully satin lined-lie! No lining. States leather sweatband-lie! Cheap grosgrain ribbon. It is a flat brimmed hat. They shoved it in a box the size of a small shoe box to ship. Arrives totally smashed beyond fixing. When I contacted them they gave me the option of a $15 refund or I could ship back to China, which is super expensive. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP POORLY MADE MERCHANDISE!

Paid $60 for a stunning hat (see profile picture) ... they sent me something I wouldnt even pay $1. When asking for a refund, the only offerd to pay less than half the cost plus said I would have to pay for a shipping. Ive seen a couple of similar reviews. Stay away from this company. Its a scam.
