I ordered 2 felt cowboy hats about a year ago. They come in a small box like everyone mentions so you have to shape them when they arrive. However .... don't bother because they won't fit anyway. When you order they are in "American " sizes .... 7, 7 1/8, etc. However the hats arrive with sizes in CM. I ordered 7 1/8 and what arrived was 60 cm. Finding a chart online says a 7 1/8 is equal to a 57 cm. Way it was WAY too big. They told me the same as everyone on here. They want me to gift to someone with a head the size of a 5 gal bucket and they will refund me about a 1/4 of what i gave them. I could have lived with the hat quality and reshaped it for a work hat but there is no good fix when it is far too large it seems that is all they actually have is huge sized hats and that's what they send you regardless of what you order. I know this because I gave them another chance a few weeks ago and the exact same thing happened.

Please don't buy anything from these scammers! I have a case with PayPal about them right now refusing to return my money. They are refusing to return my money saying the amount it would cost to ship back to them isn't worth it. Try giving the items to family or friends as gifts and just forget about the refund! Really!, Absolutely NOT you guys are frauds and I want my entire refund. They even tried offering me $30 here and $50 there, absolutely not because I didn't pay partial payment when I bought your crappy cheap-looking items. The items look nothing like the picture on the site and it's cheaply made material.

Junk, junk. Brim was rolled up in the box. Felt was not stiff and wouldn’t hold shape. No liner in the hat as shown in the pictures. At best. $10 dimes store hat. Do not buy.
I wish I could rate this online store poorly. The products are misleading and of extremely low quality. They promote hats with images that don't match what they actually send. Everything arrives in a single box, and the quality is comparable to children's play hats. Save your money; this company operates from overseas, and the return process is a complete nightmare. It's concerning enough to consider reporting them for fraudulent practices.
Do not buy from this company. Quality of the hat is cheap the cowboy hat was shipped in a 8"x14" box instead of a hat box and all out of shape will never look like a cowboy hat. The brim had a tear in it and the wire that shapes the hat was sticking out. Wich I could attach some pictures. Again do buy from this company the material is made very very cheap. Safe your money and buy from a store were you see what your getting.

It took a while but they eventually sent me the wrong size hat. They said I could send it back but I had to pay the international shipping fees and the customs inspection taxes and fees. Or I could keep the hat and they would send me $10. They mess up and I have to pay for it. The company I dealt with was HatsFashion. There are several companies using the same pitch and pictures. Buyer Beware.
Though I appreciate cs responding to me about my refund because I wanted to get a Pork Pie hat; I had a question go unanswered regarding hat size. Your web page has 2 hat charts. 1 says 7 1/2 is large and the other chart says XL. I sent the question and no response in 48 hrs. I ordered the large. My first time buying a hat of value. I hope they fit. CS is only by email and we can't get a response. Phone reps are a thing of the past.

i ordered a cowboy hat from them . and then saw all the bad reviews . i know that was the opposite of what i should have done .anyway i sent a email the same day i made the order and they canceled my order and sent a refund so they did right by me.

Don't buy anything here. The quality of the caps they send is disgusting. There are seams sticking out everywhere. Cheap materials are used. This is a real marriage. These are scammers
