I would not trade dimes with u .your co.advertises a bunch of lies . U cheated me out of a lot of money. Your product is inferior, it’s a cheap copy of what u advertise. Prompt delivery a quality product,only small complaint needed to return the item as the wrong size. My error however there appeared to be no returns form item was in good condition when delivered but the item was too big so I wanted to return it and exchange for the next size down. Possibly could you forward a return form so as I can exchange the item, all in all satisfactory service and would recommend to friends and family.

Their hats are GARBAGE
Their hats are GARBAGE! Do not buy from them! I received a cowboy hat from them in bad half of the size of the! The hat was baby and mid-shaped not to mention very poor quality for the price! There is a reason why you can’t leave A review on their facebook page

What Were They Thinking!
The hat arrived in a small box requiring the brim to be folded. The brim was out of shape and ripped. They would provide a complete refund if o shipped back to China. That would cost more than what I paid for the hat! They did provide a $10 credit which I can use to get it re-shaped. Obviously the people in China don’t understand that Cowboy hats sent in a box should not be folded!

They Spam you
Do not put your contact details to this company website. They hound your email even after you unsubscribe, over and over and over. They then removed the unsubscribe option to the emails I receive. I emailed many times to their support requesting them to stop emailing and their marketing emails increased with no direct response I now also have significantly increased Spam although I cannot definitely say the two are related, it is a fair suspicion

SCAM.. SCAM... SCAM...Do not buy. Professional advertising apparently does not mean satisfactory product. Purchased 2 hats at XXL. I receive two apparently smalls with no size markings on them. I complained and was told they could sent me $10 back for hats I spent $60 dollars on. SCAM SCAM SCAM
