Beware of this vendor
I placed my order on the 26 of June 2023, it finally arrived 54 days later. The 3 ordered hats were placed in a clear plastic bag with no protection whatsoever, the hats were totally crushed and deformed and totally unusable. I ordered size XL 62-61 cm, I received size-medium. The quality of the product is very poor and not at all as advertised. I request an immediate refund, or my law firm will file an international lawsuit.

Bad experience
The hat I got was not the one I ordered. It was badly misshaped from the box it came in. It'l clearly not well made. I ordered a large, and it's more like a medium. Too tight.
Bad Return Procedure on wrong product
I ordered a Panama Hat in 2XL. It arrived as Medium and the rim was 1 inch smaller than advertised. It also could not be rolled up for packing as advertised. I contacted then to get remedy and their reply was offering A) $10 refund and I keep the hat or B) a full refund which I opted for. They sent the return address which is in China with proviso that I pay all shipping, import duties, and take responsibility for damage or loss. This is not customer service. They also misrepresented they are an Ecuadoran Company - but they are in China. Do not buy from this company, they cannot be trusted.
Quite rapid delivery
Quite rapid delivery, very iffy hat, a bit larger than I thought it would be but not as described on the website and certainly nothing to do with Anzani hatmakers. Made out of cheap materials. I did post a better review but have changed my mind about it.

Substandard Quality
I placed two separate orders with Tiendahat for three hats. They were all substandard and nothing like the hats advertised. Furthermore, two of the hats were the wrong size. I requested a full refund for all three hats but have only received a partial refund for one of the orders. I am still waiting for a refund for the second order. My advice to anybody thinking of buying a hat from Tiendahat is save your money and shop elsewhere.

Worst hat EVER
-hat I got was not the hat in the photo -customer service basically blamed the workers -hat came with a pair of cheap gas station sunglasses and tried to act like I should think this was awesome - hat was made of dirt cheap materials, every possible corner was cut. Not the right size -shipped in a flimsy plastic bag so it arrived crushed - could get a full refund if I shipped it back, so I’d be paying for shipping twice. - offered a partial refund of $10 (and you can keep the items!!!!!) - I should have read the reviews.

Buyers Beware
After reading the reviews, I decided to add my two cents worth. Yup, I was scammed too. I ordered the Western Desert Top handmade Sergio Anzani Hat and received a cheap-looking hat that looked nothing like the product photo. I wouldn't wear this hat even on Halloween. My bad, for buying a product from a FB ad.
