I am extremely frustrated with this company. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them via email, my order never arrived, and they have not bothered to respond to any of my inquiries. To add insult to injury, they even had the audacity to send me an email claiming that my order had been delivered when it clearly hadn't. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal, and their communication is beyond disappointing. I have made up my mind never to order from this company again. It has been a truly terrible experience.

TOTAL RIP-OFF! Stay away from this company! I ordered a natural-colour fedora in size men's Large. I received a cheap-looking pinky-brown hat in size Extra Small. Company promises good customer service on its website but gives only a $10 refund on a $50 purchase. They tell you not to bother sending the hat back because it will get lost in the mail. Horrible, horrible company that seems to enjoy ripping people off. How is this company still in business?

Wrong hats. No help. Not even made in South America, I think. DO NOT BUY THESE HATS. The company sent tiny hats instead of the 2xl that I ordered. They did not offer a viable option to remedy the situation and wanted me to return the hats to China at my own expense. Just not acceptable.

I wish i had come on here first. They sent the wrong size and offered a ten dollar payment on an eighty dollar purchase. Would not send another hat. Avoid these scammers.
Stop trading in cheap Chinese garbage.
Only way this company can improve is to stop trading garbage products and stop lying about manufacturer location. Panama hat feels like plastic, won't fold as described and is made in China. I got 50% back after complaining but I still feel robbed...

Then they send me an email that my order has been delivered and nothing arrived. Terrible customer service and poor communications. I will never order from This company again. Horrible

This is such a scam. Hats are made in China, not Ecuador. Very cheap and don't fit according to the sizing chart.
Completely cheap hat
Completely cheap hat, not the style I ordered, folded and shoved into a tiny box. Not happy and I did escalate a claim and was refunded from PayPal. It was SO bad, like a cheap costume hat from Oriental trading or something. Please don’t waste your time and money with these jokers.

Hard to say anything positive about this apart from my cat liked the box the hat came in, apart from that bloody awful . Took four and a half months to arrive, customer service replies were verbose aggressively defensive accusing me of lying and trying to cheat them. OK product wise - the hat is a theatrical prop rather than a real hat, even though it was advertised as handmade with felt in the US and Italy (but a hat like that was going to be couple of hundreds of dollars minimum, not under $50 so I already knew that was bovine feces) and as expected it is felted cardboard or plastic yeh OK this was purchased for a one and done costume hat so not going to be upset about that... BUT the advertised product was a distressed finish with "used" crumpled look, but what arrived was made as "pristine new" product, as you can't distress felted card (it crumbled rather than creased when steamed and manipulated) you can't even make it make it look like what you wanted to buy so absolutely useless for the costume use I wanted it for
Slow Fake Online Store At Least Refunded
After I'd ordered two hats five weeks had gone by and there was no hat. I sent them an email to ask them what was taking so long and the reply was oddly defensive as if they get hammered often by mad customers. So I searched for reviews and came across the avalanche of horrible reviews here on trust pilot as well as other sites. A couple of youtube videos point out why I should have been cautious from the outset. They copy the pictures from actual high quality hat manufacturers and put them in their ads but evidently send junk when they do send. My only reason for giving a second star is that after the long delay they actually did refund my money. Also I liked the hat so much I found the actual hat maker who's based in Italy where it costs about three times more than the Tiendahat too-good-to-be-true price.

Scammers. I wish I had found these reviews beforehand, because my order took ages to arrive, the size was to small, the hats are a total cheap paper knockoff, they do not look like the pictures on the website. Do NOT buy from this store. I'll probably never get my money back.
It's a real scam
It's a real scam. The hat, I waited for a month is made in China, bad quality, in a normal Chinese shop for sale for maybe 5€. Fortunately Paypal reimbursed the money, only the custom fee I had to pay. Watch out for other sites as well, some use the same pictures, so I think these are scammers as well.
