I love Tinashe hair as a matter of fact, I have bought about 3 hairs from them. Their customer service and shipping is great. I recently bought 3 bundles of Malaysian deep weave and its shedding so much not sure why.

I don't know if my experience was a once in a lifetime incident. I ordered the kinky 360 hair and i was told it was sold out. I received a email asking to choose a replacement unit and i did. I requested a 360 straight hair 14inch unit. The hair was supposed to be the same length all the way around but instead i received a straight unit that was cut several lengths instead. I feel like i was sent whatever they wanted me to have. I will not be ordering from this site anymore.

Shipping time was GREAT!!!! I received my wig extremely fast. The lace was good, matched very well to my skin tone, I didn’t notice any smell in hair. The quality of the wig composition was really good. Color, AMAZING! The Only thing I don’t like is the hair placement on the wig. This wig is VERY thin. If I put it in a ponytail is extremely small. I’ve had 150% density hair before & this is way less than that. That’s the only reason i gave 4 stars. Because the wig is so thin, it makes it difficult to style. The wig/hair literally has no weight to it. Not saying it should be heavy but there’s no way I could wear this hair straightened & it look nice. Even if I attempted, the slightest gust of wind would have this hair all over the place which would make styling it like that a waste of time. I’m a wig wearer, I change wigs every week, still maintain my natural hair as well as take breaks for a week or two every 4-5 weeks of wearing wigs. I’m used to wigs & styling them & im also a cosmetologist so I’m well versed in the area of hair. I’m no novice at this so trust me when I say this wig is just unusually thin with the hair being really fine & lightweight. Oh & there are plastic strands in the hair, when I used a waving iron I saw black plastic strands & melted black strings on my iron so this is not all human hair.

The wig I purchased arrived fast

The wig I purchased arrived fast. Only thing I was not satisfied with is I paid 200% density and it isn’t that full. Other than that the wig is alright.

Extremely thin

I purchased this wig to wear for my best friend’s wedding because she wanted her bridesmaids to wear bobs. The wig seemed okay when I took it out the box; there was no odor, the hair and lace were both really soft. I ordered a 12” and it looked a little short but I planned on cutting it a little anyway. The only alteration I made was coloring it black using the water color method. Everything up to the installation was cool. After I installed it, I noticed it looked pretty thin but I thought maybe it was because I hadn’t styled it yet. I got it styled the morning of my best friend’s wedding and I was thoroughly disappointed. The frontal was so thin, it barely covered the tracks that begin right behind it. The hair on the frontal was not long enough to match the rest of the hair on the wig. The rest of the wig looked like someone used one pack of beauty supply hair and glued it to a wig cap. For the wig to be advertised as 150% density, I definitely did not receive that. The ends would have had to have been cut either way because the wig was that thin towards the end. I’m very disappointed that this is the hair I chose to try for such a special occasion. I’m only giving 2 stars because the actual construction of the wig was nice, the hair itself is at most one star.

The hair is always great when I buy…

The hair is always great when I buy from Tinashe hair but this time I got a 5x5 18in and three 22 inches and they were different lengths plus they messed up my tracking. But other than that the hair was great and the closure was a transparent lace which amazed me because I thought it was gonna be brown lace!!

This was my first time ordering a wig

This was my first time ordering a wig. I had no idea where to begin. All I saw was pictures. The wig that I ordered was to small. Luckily my stylist was able to adjust the sides and hide the fact that it was a little small. My suggestion would be to go over the fit for those like me when it is their first time. However, the hair was wonderful and easy to style. Would definitely recommend and repurchase at a bigger size.

Pretty hair

The hair was soft, but does not look like the pictures... I ordered 150 density and received 180 because they did not have it... they did not check with me before hand and just sent it. Will not order from them again. I was also told ships within 24 hours after order, I received it a week later because my first order got lost by "FedEx"

Buy at your own risk-not consistent

I have had great experiences with this company. My wig comes in 2 to 3 days. I receive what I order( accurate density and length) and I haven't had any issues thus far. I have my fourth unit on its way and I have been pleased with them all. I did however notice when I researched the company there was a bunch of negative reviews and was concerned about my purchase. I took a chance and was pleased. This is now where I purchase all of my units from. They also give you lots of gifts with your purchase (bonnet, lashes, and wig caps) which is more free gifts than I have received from any company! I also love the fact that they use FedEx for delivery so I dont have to wait around all day to sign for my package through DHL. My wig arrives by noon each time which is very convenient! UPDATE: My fourth wig arrived and even though the gifts are an added bonus and very much appreciated I didnt recieve a bonnet or headband with this order. I found that to be interesting because this was my most expensive order thus far. My wig was also smaller than the first 3 wigs and the hair felt synthetic which I am almost positive of because it was dry and tangled even after washing and conditioning. The hairline of the wig looked like it had been created with it being pushed to far back to fit a normal human's head. My head is not that big and most 22.5 cap constructions fit my head with slightly extra to cut off. I love the hd lace for my medium brown skin tone that was the only pro in this most expensive order. I probably would have to think twice about ordering again because the consistency has been diminished with my fourth order and with it being more expensive. I expected better quality.

From the moment I received the hair I was happy. The hair appears to be of good quality. I have have had little to no shedding & no tangling. I have only had the hair in for a week, but so far I would definitely recommend this purchase to others.

Soft But Very Thin

The hair feels soft and is true to length but sooooo thin! I could even see the tracks. I ordered 200 density hair, but there’s no way it could be 200 density and be so thin.

The bundles were too thin for me.
