I sent a message to inform them of this so I could exchange the product. I was told they would give me a big discount on my next order. I purchased this hair for an event so that isn't helpful. Then they told me returning it would take too long. It ended with them giving me a $15 refund. I will not be purchasing from them again. This is sad 😥 because I have referred so many people to them.
I got black and red hair the red is staining my clothes I wish I never brought this color but I was going to Las Vegas and wanted something different never again
Hair was not what I expected after ordering so many years. I washed my wig one time and it’s nothing like how beautiful it was when I took it out of the packaging. Hair tangled badly. I’m normally very pleased with this company. I’m assuming just a bad bath.

The hair came very quickly . I loved the quality of the hair when I first received , it was very soft . After having it for about 2 weeks I did notice some napping in the front on the hair & back but it was fixable . I love the curls in this hair and they are EASY to maintain .

The order shipped out fast , arrived in 3-5 days. But the hair was very thin. I’ve ordered other wigs (same texture) with the same Density , the Tinashe hair I received was much thinner, definitely not the Density advertised :/. It was true to length and it felt like human hair. That’s the only positive I have, no overwhelming smells.

The hair was absolutely beautiful at first but then it started shedding CRAZY. It shed practically a whole new wig. The curl pattern is beautiful and the hair is soft but that’s the only good thing about it. When they first sent me the wig, they list the package so they sent me another one but it came to me in a dirty bag instead of a pretty Tinashe box. Customer service was efficient and the person I talked to was very sweet so no complaints there. Honestly I don’t know if I’ll order from here again
The wig was cute but it sheds and once installed the pieces on the sides were so thick it shows and it’s also irritating on my ears. The hair was also not as thick or full as I hoped. But that also could be because it sheds.
I’m actually quite disappointed this time around. The hair came and was very thin. I contacted you guys through WhatsApp asking about exchanging the wig I received (a 180% density) for a 200 or 250 and did not receive a response. I tried the wig on and there are two huge buckles within the cap, the hair doesn’t hold a curl for more than 10 minutes. I’m very, very disappointed. I paid $300 for a wig I’m ashamed to even wear.
One of the wigs had no clips at the side, only at the top and in the back. It will not stay down. The second wig wasn’t cut correctly, very uneven and doesn’t fit properly on the head. It looks weird. I buy here all the time so it was a shock and I’m very displeased with my purchase.
