If I could give minus zero stars I would. The whole experience was awful. After I made my initial reservation at what I thought was a good price, the price was changed. The changed price that came in the email was not what I was told on the phone. It was more. No place to add my husband’s KTN number. Rude customer service people. I will never use or recommend this company again. UPDATE: The next day, after calling the airlines to confirm everything, I found both tickets were in my husband’s name. In addition, the airline had my incorrect email address so I would have not gotten my boarding passes. All of the above made for a very frustrating and aggravating booking of a simple airline reservation.

My booking was easy and on time. Unfortunately I booked with another company first and I decided to check on my tickets, I didn't have any with the airline. I still haven't received my refund. Travelopick processed quickly and my e-tickets are available with the airline

I was sold an insurance policy being told that cancellations were free. I had a change in dates and decided not to attend, then was told that the insurance only worked with a credit, not refundable, and if I changed the dates there was another charge in addition to original fees. I rate this as a SCAM.
