I would like to express my appreciation to one of your agents of TRAVELOUTS Mr. Kevin (ext.38 or 39), who made at least 2 (two) different excellent reservations: one to travel to Alaska ( G45NB5) and most recent one international travel (ECEDCGB) . Both our experiences show high professionalism and pleasant manners of Mr. Kevin, making me share my thoughts of him to other people.
I buy ticket from David Wilson, he was very helpful and cooperative. He answered everything what I asked and did what I wanted. Unfortunately, I am wondered that website shows one cheaper rate and they said it’s already gone when I called them to confirm it every time. I don’t know is it intentional or not? Who is responsible for it, whether your websites should be updated every time or you should have to provide in mentioned price.
Dave, from Travelouts helped me with my reservation for my accommodations at Catalina Island for my 60th birthday. He was very friendly and eager to assist. He made sure he stayed on the phone with me while I checked my email confirmation for the hotel and also while I confirmed the info was correct. He made sure all my travel needs were met before we concluded our phone call. I will definitely call Dave again for future travel accommodations. Thank you
