This place is a complete scam! They are using your current bookings to making false bookings as if they have your flight, hotel info. They are charging your cards and pretending to be a company they are not! They will be shut down. These reviews are all fake and staged reviews that they made up themselves. Don’t fall victim to this scam!

Alex is very helpful. I wanted to change my flight and called with no expectation because my flight is leaving in 4hrs. However, Alex helped me patiently and provided me multiple choices according to my need. He was very helpful and make my day, hopefully he’s having a good weekend!
Max was our agent and he provided excellent customer service that exceeded expectations! He was knowledgeable and efficient and went out of his way to find us a flight that fit into our travel schedule, even going so far as to call us back to let us know he had found a flight that would work better than the the original one we had found.
I accidentally thought I was calling American Airlines reservation support. Website was flightsupports.net. It had the American Airlines logo and customer help phone number. I was in a rush and didn't see that I wasn't calling AA. He said no problem with canceling my flight. I guess he logged on AA website with my record locator and last name and he canceled my flight, not knowing if I could get a refund as he isn't affiliated with AA. Then couldn't give answers to questions of initial costs. Then said he could rebook my flight for more than I saw on AA. Said the flights I was looking at was sold out. My credit card flagged it as wouldn't process. He wanted to charge to make two charges on my card which came up as travelouts.com Ended up canceling my credit card.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This company is a complete SCAM beware when doing business with this company. I clicked on delta website and was kicked over to this website that said I had to call to book because the website was down for maintenance. They told me they were booking a flight for infant in seat and only booked infant in arms so they charged me $275 for a $3 charge for airline ticket and confirmed with me I got infant in seat(which they did not book a seat) and then refused to cancel my reservation and tell me that if I wanted to upgrade my infant to seat, I would have to pay $1,000 more dollars. I ended up cancelling my reservation through the airlines and rebooking with them so I wouldn’t have any more problems with this terrible company. The woman I was dealing with was named Lexi. I talked to another man (his name was Andrew or something) that was rude and unwilling to help in any way possible. After I confronted them on scamming me, they tried every which way to put the blame on the airlines and say they did not mess anything up and continued to text me and call me to try to get me to rebook with them. Be warned to save yourself trouble and money and book directly through the provider of services.

SCAM ALERT! My wife called a what she thought was Hotels.com and was assured by "Amy" several times that it was Hotels.com to modify a reservation. After giving them details and information, "Amy" told her the booking didn't exist and convinced my wife to hand over credit card info to secure a new booking paid up front. Once she realized this wasn't Hotels.com, my wife tried to cancel and was denied.We immediately reported it to the credit card company. We have since found out that Travelouts canceled her Hotels.com booking, put her in a lesser room and intended to pocket the difference. Fortunately we figured it out before the trip. They will be denied all payments. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION. You will be sorry.
I am having a horrible experience with this company. I had spoken with Jeffrey from customer service because I had booked a place for 6 people for the 4th of July. It turned out that the place was so small that it was very uncomfortable to fit 6 people in this place. I called and spoke to Jeffrey and he advised me that I would get a refund but I needed to pay a cancellation fee. I agreed to it and received an email that needed me to verify the refund amount as well as the cancellation fee amount. I was advised by Jeffrey that I would get a refund in 24 hours as they would expedite the refund. I had also spoken with his manager Ahmed who also verified the refund. It is now 7/18 and I am still waiting for the refund. I have called several times asking to speak with Jeffrey or Ahmed and I am always told they are unavailable. I have emailed more times that I can remember and I get no response. They have literally gone radio silent. Honestly if I could give a negative stars I would.
So far it's been a nightmare, I think they are scams. Even after they have issued "a ticket", my confirmation number does now show on Delta. Called Delta, they said, there is something wrong with the booking and to call them, I called them and they just lie over the phone. They said they fixed it but it's still not showing on Delta.com. I have called and emailed and still no help.
Called to book a hotel since was facing problems with the online service. The experience with Travelouts was such a relief as everything was looked upon and taken into consideration. I would keep Travelouts as my ideal travel partner moving forward period.
