I made my car reservations through Travelouts.The agent I spoke with was very helpful and find me the right kind of car with the best price and the discount as well.I was trying to book the reservation online but no joy.I call travelouts and the outcome was awesome.Will make my future reservation with them without any doubt.

When Google searching Booking.com customer service, the number given is that of a FRAUDULANT SCAM now using the name Travelouts that went out of business. They imitate a travel/rental booking company and will charge your card and subsequently cancel your reservation. You will find yourself without a legitimate confirmation number. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS. IT'S A HUGE PROBLEM TO RESOLVE.

DO NOT do business with these CROOKS. I order a car for my Disney trip which is in a few months. I pay the down payment, when i go to pay the remainder I'm told that the deal I got was too good and so the car I ordered is not available for the days I ordered it for unless I paid another $800 on top of the $700 i still owed and the $500 i made as a down payment. So I cancel, and up until this very day I still have not received a refund of my $500 deposit and it has been MONTHS. I had to report this FRAUDULENT COMPANY to my credit card so I can get my money back.

Scam! Stay away! I have contacted them by mistake to make a claim about booking.com. The agent pretended to be a booking.com agent, which he confirm to me several times, he asked me the booking reference what he used to pull my detail from booking website and then commented me that the property accepted a 50% refund but I needed to pay about 25% for a cancellation fee. He then sent me an email from a travelouts email address (which I obviously spotted later) asking me to knowledge the email. They then charged me that amount from my credit card straight away with the promise of send me the 50% refund within 15 working days. Booking.com then confirm they were not aware anything like that so: TRAVELOUTS, TRAVEL OUTS, HOTEL BOOKINGS or whatever the name of them is are doing fraudulent transactions which was reported to my Bank and is now under a dispute. I hope this helps to avoid this hassle to other people! Thanks
Booked my package for Ibiza and got amazing deals on hotels and attractions. Later we booked the car rental as well with them and we got a better deal for the same car rental company which the company was offering on a higher price. The customer service is appreciated as they have assisted with all the details and the vouchers for hotel and attractions. We are definitely coming back to you for our future trips. Is this company legite, I was booking a villa , or so I thought with booking . Com , and just found out it’s with hotels@travelout they sent a receipt of card payment, but no policy number , they took £400 pounds deposit and said I shall receive information in 24 hours , from owner of villa , what strikes me is that on the phone they said they were booking . Com ,,, I have never heard of this hotels@travels out, am so confused, got to wait now 24 hours to see if it’s genuine 😔
I booked a ticket online with these peoples website, travelouts.com after researching flights and found they had the best available flight. However after a couple hours I got a phone call and the dude said all tickets were sold out for the flight I booked and they could “help” me find another the options they ended up offering was a flight with a 6hr layover( the original flight was nonstop) and to boot it was $250 more. The dude on the phone insisted I would not find a better option and told me I would definitely have to cancel my trip. I went back online and in 10 minutes a got a better option. It’s funny when the dude told me I would have to cancel my trip because it would be too expensive for me to travel and kept insisting his offer was the best in the world because “he got it directly from the airline” Thanks for wasting my time. If you can’t fulfill the offer on your website I consider this a scam.
SCAMMERS!!! Booked online for flight for $609 and received confirmation. I received an email 1-hour later with typos indicating the following message. I called their 800 number.. it doesn't work. Called another number and talked to someone that says that someone will call me back tomorrow because they left for the day! "we regret to inform you that the same Basic Economy fare is no longer available. However, if you would like to book the same flights we canBook it in Economy Main Cabin (1Personalitem+1Carryon+Changable Ticket)--------- Please note the Total Amount to be charged for booking is USD $739.50 as the payment will appear on Merchant terminal Travelouts for $70.00(Taxes+ Fee) and Delta AIrline for $669.50 (Base fare) _, The total amount will be the same as mentioned below) From Card Ending with***. Please go through the below updated itinerary along with the total price as discussed and if everything seems ok, please reply to this email by typing:-" "I authorize merchant terminal Travelouts to charge an amount of USD $739.50 and issue the ticket. I immediately called my bank to see if money was taking out. Thank GOD they did not take any money out AND canceled card right away.
Renting cars has become expensive, however I like being able to find affordable to reasonable pricing with, various car selection that Travelouts provide. I have been using this service over three months and would continue being a member.
It wasn't I like they booked my hotel But the wasn't truthful about when they we're going to book the hotel I glad it was funds in my account to cover it then the disappointment part Im paying 1975.00 dollar for a hotel Room and charge 50.00 a day for damages I don't believe in damaging Hotel property but to pay 1,975 00 for a room already the charge another 1000 It's crazy then there no body to talk to about the charges that wasn't informed in the booking that's was booked before booking date poor quality service then this guy from this company answer the phone but didn't assist with the problem I'll never use this place again I 'll stick with booking .com From now on in
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Basically they ARE SCAMMERS. They SCAMMED my mother out of 200 dollars with false claims of securing a rental car for a price that was not accurate. We filed a claim with the bank, alerted authorities and also alerted the rental company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! They are ruthless, immoral, and desperate. I hope they get the karma they give x100
