Definitely Scammers

These people are definitely scammers. They set me up in a hotel at almost $150 a night that was going for $66 on Expedia. They were supposedly putting me in a Comfort Inn and Suites but it ended up being some hotel called Longhorn Inn. The location had previously been a Courtyard but has not been in over a year. The hotel was under renovation and stunk of paint. I ended up getting my money back through my bank and they were pissed. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. All the positive reviews are from India or by people that are not born in America. You have been warned.

I think its a fraud

I think its a fraud. They seem in the cheapest fare while googling and while booking they disappear for 24 hours. A message then comes which says I need to add more about $ 200 to book the same ticket. Be careful guys. Its a scam to cheat you. I blocked the visa card immediately after I know about them.

Jonathan went above and beyond to help

I have dealt with a lot of customer service reps in my time, but I have to say I was very impressed with Jonathan. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the flight and hotel information but he truly cares about making sure you have a pleasant experience booking through him. Because of Jonathan, I will be coming back on my next reservation. I would highly recommend travelouts. This is our Honeymoon trip and he made sure everything was arranged perfectly.
