They respond quickly to their chats but were in no way able to help me build my website and they couldn't sort out the problem. Their service when it came to hosting and website building was total crap and they couldn't help me at all

Signing up was very easy and straightforward. For some reason their payment processor didn't like my debit card or my physical address or something. I contacted live chat and the agent was very helpful. The agent was zola and worked very hard to resolve my problem and i am now awaiting on billing to send me a new invoice with a different payment method.
