This company is a fraud. I bought a domain few days ago and it was flagged as suspicious. I don't even own a website so how will a domain name conduct scam activities. They also refused to refund me. Now I don't have my money nor the domain. I absolutely don't recommend these scammers.

you can pay webhosting service for one year and get banned within 12hrs even without hosting any website. you can pay for domian name and it takes 2-3 weeks before the nameserver get configured. and even when u manage to host a webapp or website in less than 24hrs ur account is banned

Do not trust this Truehost company, they charge money and do not provide any services at all. I have spent hours, days, night to get my domain registered and failed. they use Ai assistant, and it tells you that the problem is being solved but it is simply not true, nothing stands behind those words.

Here is my experience with TrueHost. I bought this server, which never worked for one, even powering a simple HTML site is a big war. I tried reaching out to the support team to no avail, and they refused to issue a refund to me. Now my website is down for some hours. I have called the customer care all didn't respond and didn't return the call. Please, for now, I strongly do not recommend TrueHost for any hosting purposes

After i had bought my domain i struggled a full 2 days trying to connect my domain to my website. My DNS records and everything matched up and the problem was on Truehost's side. Even though my domain registration fee had been payed my account was on serverhold for NO reason. I went on to get a ticket to get my issue resolved and the AI BOT was USELESS... It even lied and tried to convince me it was human. When i finally got my a hold of a human at customer support i could link my domain to my site. A week later I'm still waiting for customer support to help with my other site I'm trying to link because the DNS records shows it's the same but not sending info. Also waiting for them to help link my mail account because i also need to link my DNS settings to that. Overall... A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't try to save money using these cheap off-brand domain resellers. Rather go to godaddy or namecheap to get QUALITY SERVICE

There's always a reason for a company offering cheap service and you don't need to deal with Truehost for long to find out why. They sold me a service they weren't even capable of fulfilling and then after over a month of empty promises and lies still refused to refund. Don't believe a word these employees at Truehost tell you, it's just bull. I don't think they know how to spell support or honesty, I know they definitely not capable of showing it. Stay away, pay a little extra for hosting elsewhere. Truehost is the most ironic name for a company that is far from true.
