I wrote “Incredibly Disappointing” in January regarding my experience with trying to resolve issues with my prepared Trust & Will documents. Within days of posting it Alex reached out to me, acknowledged the problems with their AI responses and then guided me through making the corrections needed. She was patient and kind throughout our conversation. Alex sent me a follow up email after with the step by step instructions. I've come up against a snag that this company seems entirely unable to solve. I wanted to add a date (the year, 2026) to my trust, and their website was blocking this (no numeric characters allowed, for some reason). I requested a change and the next day they were able to add the date. Okay, fine, but I want to start working on the trust. The problem is, this web-based program will not let me proceed past the point where I have to name the trust and it still refuses to proceed past that place (no numeric characters). So, while I've paid them the $$ and have informed them of my dilemma, I am still stuck and unable to work on my trust. I will ask for a refund.
Thank you Alex. Refund was done right away and very good follow-up. The technical issues were reported to the tech team there and, I assume, the issues will be resolved eventually. I've updated my review accordingly.

Probably within an hour I was finished with the Trust and Will and all for about $550. I had done this 30 years ago when the kids were young and I spent many thousands on it. Very happy. A little trouble going back into the website to find the completed documents but I eventually got there. Thank you.

Terrible. Process is complicated and takes forever to complete all the steps. They took my money no problem. 6 monthes later still working on the trust. Go through a human company you’ll have better luck.
