To recap: This site charges an exorbitant £145 for a UK ETA application that officially costs £10 on the government portal. During checkout, I attempted to cancel, but the site bypassed the cancellation and processed the charge anyway.
Although their support team sent an email claiming a full refund was initiated and would arrive within 5–7 business days, that timeframe has now passed and no refund was ever issued.
Due to their failure to honor their written refund commitment, I have officially initiated a chargeback procedure with my bank (Raiffeisenbank). The bank will now forcibly recover the £145.00 from them under card network rules for deceptive practices and unfulfilled obligations.
I will continue to update this review as the bank proceedings progress. Do not use this website—apply only through the official gov.uk portal or the official UK ETA app.

The company's public reply below is a deliberate attempt to discredit a genuine complaint and engage in damage control.
First, the math is straightforward: their £10 Government Fee + £99 "Service Fee" equals £109 (excluding potential VAT and conversion fees), which directly converts to approximately €130–€140 depending on exchange rates and bank charges. Claiming the amount "does not match" their pricing is a weak distraction from their predatory margins.
Second, to prove beyond doubt that this is a 100% legitimate transaction: my official reference number is ETA reference number: 2021-2608-0755-9770.
Please stop feigning ignorance. You know exactly who I am and my formal dispute was sent directly to your customer support inbox before this review was published. Pretending not to recognize my order in a public forum while ignoring my direct support emails is a dishonest tactic. It is utterly shameful to operate a business model built on deceptive practices and hidden fees that exploit people who are simply trying to arrange their travel.
I will not let this drop until I receive a full refund of these unauthorized fees.

The website implies that you are paying the standard UK government fee of £20 (or equivalent in local currency). However, hidden deep within their terms and conditions—completely omitted during the primary application steps—is an astronomical service fee of over £100.
Because this fee is intentionally obscured, users are tricked into paying exorbitant totals without informed consent. In my case, I was charged approximately €140 for a simple document that should have cost a fraction of that amount.
This practice is utterly unacceptable and deceptive. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized service fee immediately. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will proceed with formal legal action, a chargeback via my financial provider, and reports to relevant consumer protection authorities.

Pretty much same as all previous revievs. Paid much more then expected despite blocking the payment in the banks app. Cancelled and went through refund process, i was told that they will send me bqck the money in next 5-7 bussiness days. So far nothing.

SCAM! When the starting page mentions the Government fee of 20 GBP, at the end on this fraudulous website, it cost you 145GBP instead of the legal 20GBP in the official UK Government website. And the 24h refund is also not applicable because you immediately receive an email that covers their mal practices. i can't believe that people even rate this well.

I ordered a UK visa trough their site, which at the time looked very secure. Everything went smooth and I even got the ETA visa, until I saw a reserved payment on my creditcard of €318,39.
