This is the first time I purchased my…
This is the first time I purchased my charms on line and I was very pleased with the process. My only complaint is that I ordered 5 charms and they came in 3 boxes. The charms are for 5 individual friends and family and I would have liked to have had a separate box for each charm. When I purchase my charms at the Pandora Store or even a jewelry store I have a box and bag for each charm. This might keep me from ordering on line next time.

Missing a charm in order..
The jewerly is beautiful. I purchased it with 25% off which is a bonus. And I received my order quickly. The problem, I ordered 5 petite birthstones charms and only received 4. I sent an email to URBANfusion 2 days ago. Waiting to hear back from them. If I receive the 5th charm, I would certainly rate URBANfusion with 5 stars. UPDATE: I received a response from URBANfusion and they will be sending the missing charm immediately. So I change my review to 5 stars. And I would certainly order from them again.
