I ordered two lovely Caldera soaps in glass containers. One of the soaps was broken upon receipt. Emailed immediately to the contact listed on my order via PayPal. I also emaied pictures of the broken goods. Items were poorly packaged. I am very surprised both glass containers were not broken as packing materials were very sparse for the box they used for shipment.
I am unhappy they have not gotten back to me to send a replacement or provide a refund.

Communication with Urbanfusion is virtually non-existent. I tried to contact them several times after I placed my order and could not contact anyone via phone or email. Finally the package arrived. Not an enjoyable transaction at all. Won’t order pandora jewelry from them again.

I was disappointed to receive an email a few days later that 2 pieces I ordered they didnt have after all and a refund was being issued. While I'm glad for the refund had I known that the website merchandise wasn't up to date I would have ordered my pieces from another store because they were in a end of year sale. By the time I received email I couldn't t find them anywhere else.

My experience with ordering from UrbanFusion was the worst ever! I didn't receive emails prior to my shipment so that I would be aware of when my packages would arrive.

Is really easy to pay online and the service is fast in delivery but you can't cancel and order from the web. In my experience I have canceled and order at the call center and its been a month and haven't received my money back so I wrote and email and because the bank wouldn't accept the refund they just didn't send it and didn't call me. So I don't have a refund yet and I'm still trying to get it.

I purchased some stuff from this company, days after I received an email saying that the stuff I ordered was out of stock and was told they will be refunding me my money. They only refunded me $39.37 out of the $170+ I spent, when I called they said I will receive the balance in the mail by check. It’s been 2 weeks plus and nothing and no response as to what’s going on. I won’t ever recommend this site to anyone. People please be aware of this company. If this is the way they business it’s very distasteful.

I was trying to track the package and never received a confirmation email saying the package was even shipped. So I sent an email asking for tracking number, which I did receive two days later. Also I sent an email to the company asking that the recipient not be put in the box because it was a christmas gift. I recieved an email back stating the recipient would not be in the package and when she received the package the recipient was in the box. I was very upset by this matter.
