I purchases 3 spacers and 3 cleaning kits i recieved on cleaning kit and all spacers were in 1box instead of individual. I gave them a call and they were VERY helpful and kind. I ordered two charms only one came. Trying to email you says no such address. No email letting me know they are on there way. Can not get in touch about the missing charm and Xmas is in a few days. Although I love your charms I’m done.

Your online ordering system probably functions as designed, however I as a customer don't like finding something is out of stock and can't be back ordered after the order is placed.
I ordered a sweet 16 charm for my daughters bday. We leave Friday dec 21st and I still have not received it. Also I went into a pandora store in cherry hill mall the day after I bought it and it was 30% off. I emailed urban fusion about a price adjustment and nobody responded. Therefore I oaid too much for something that my daughter won’t even have on her bday.

Still havent received updated information on my item that I purchased a week ago. Items have not shipped and no details on when it will arrive. Edit to add: Called the number and left a voicemail. Never heard back. The status of the package was updated to state "shipped" but gives no detailed information. Just recieved package. Ordered TWO of the same charm as gifts. Order came IN ONE BOX. Why would I order two of the same charm for one person? One person will get the nice pandora box and the other...well I'll have to be creative.

I placed my order on december 11 for a christmas gift. A week later I called them because the order had not been shipped. During the call they lied to me and told me that they would send it to me this week. However, on december 18 I received an email saying that they are out of the item and they "refunded the money". I still haven't received my refund. This is unnaceptable. It is not a serious site unlike Pandora's official site. Don't waste your money!

I bought this bracelet for my granddaughter who goes to Temple University. I ordered it on Tuesday and received on Wednesday and when they received the order they called r inform me that the finish I ordered was not available and did I want to change.
