Overall, my experience has been good and pretty smooth. What really stands out is Jonnelle—this isn’t the first time I’ve interacted with him, and I’m always happy when he replies on chat because he's very efficient and gets things sorted quickly. The team was pathetic
The team was pathetic, they won't provide resolution for the payroll issues promptly, the team it self are clueless about the process, my salary got delayed for days and when I raised this concern they don't have any answer, just they are following corporate chat support Jargon's. As a payroll provider it failed.
