I ordered vape liquids on 23Nov and no sign of delivery. I asked them several times to cancel the order & refund money multiple times but no luck. Going to file a compliant to get my money refunded. Avoid ordering from this company !!
It says my order was delivered and signed for with my name. It was not me that signed for it and I waited a week for it to be delivered. I was so excited to get a new one and now I am very angry because I have no idea where it is or who signed for it. Contacted support. We shall see what happens. **UPDATE** Support got back to me and escalated tge problem. My package should be delivered today. They left off information. Im glad it worked out and that's why i changed my score.
I was ordering product with Direct Vapor and then when they “changed” to Vapor Fi I’ve had nothing but issues with their delivery! It’s awful! Thou they say 3-8 days shipping, it’s minimal 3 weeks or much longer! Their prices are nice but the delivery fee off sets the cost but even worst is wondering if your order is coming! The last order I placed, after 3 weeks and the shipping info reading “label printed”, I called and they blamed the carrier. I contacted the carrier and the order was never created and given to “Box carrier”. It took 6 weeks to receive my order!
3 weeks waiting for package to arrive after email said shipped & someone must be present to sign. Refuses to give me tracking & carrier for end-of-mile delivery, but "Boxcar" tracking says its been in my hometown for past 12 days. Company said its out for delivery & should have been here yesterday. I have cameras, no one has been here, still waiting. Will dispute charges come Monday if package doesn't arrive.
This is the first time I ordered from them since they took over Direct Vapor and has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. First, I chose to make a purchase during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales in order to take advantage of the sale, I purchased a device, coils for that device, and a bottle of juice. Unfortunately for me they oversold the device due their inability to know their own inventory so they decided to just cancel the device from the order (rather than send me a different color which they had) which meant that I went from getting a pretty decent deal to receiving coils for a device I didn't have and paying double for a bottle of juice and 3-pack of coils due to the hefty delivery fee and their silly "adult signature service" which is a joke as I haven't had to sign for the last 10 deliveries I've had. On top of that they sent me the menthol version of a juice when I ordered the regular and again, unfortunately for me I'm stuck with it. Finally, their customer service is terrible. They communicate like children texting which is infuriating to me and they ignored my responses to their messages after asking if I had any other questions. I'd also like to note that I have an order history going back like 10 years with Direct Vapor which has transferred over to them. I cannot imagine treating a customer like this in my business.
My order was delivered to the wrong place and the delivery person forged my signature. I contacted customer service and they told me the forged signature is proof of delivery. So I'm out over $100. Every other company takes a picture so you have a chance to find your order not this company. They don't care about their customers at all. Avoid them. They suck.
Scam was give a tracking number never ever update contacted them for a refund and this is what they said (We will request the carrier to return the shipment for refund and blocked the account for chargeback)

I got a tracking number. It constantly says out for delivery (going on a week now) and Noone shows up. I have tried to contact customer service many times and I have gotten no response. I'm pretty sure it's a scam!
Guys… do not order, do NOT. Package has said out for delivery the past 4 days… so yeah that’s all.
I placed an order November 1 and they still can’t give me a delivery date. I’ve called twice and there’s absolutely no urgency to help me. Really regretting ordering from this company.
AVOID THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM i'll never use this company again since they us GLS to ship packages (see their google reviews/facebook) driver pulled up got out saw me got back in the van and left, not even a hi or fu you or hey i forgot your package (got it all on video). Their customer service is non existent since nobody answers a phone (been on hold for 1 1/2 hrs )...... THIS VaporFi is a direct reflection/extension of your customer service - i will never use your company again..... now the delivery company states there was a failed attempt to deliver
I was so excited to use Vaporfi as my #1 vape store. I found a juice I wanted and a mod. I purchased them together and waited anxiously for the package. When the package arrived, there was no mod. I used the contact form online to ask where it was and they informed me it was sold out. I would have preferred someone emailed me so I could pick out another mod, but no big deal. I get it. Things sell out and sometimes companies don't have the time or resources to inform their customers. Problem is, I was charged for the shipping and handling plus signature fee for both items. It is not my fault they sold out of an item and did not update their website to reflect this. As such, I paid for something I did not get. I paid literally double what the original juice cost. $14.99 for the juice, and I paid over $30. They didn't offer me any other solutions. I would have 100% picked another mod and used the same shipping fee for that one but they didn't give me the choice. They just wanted the sheckles from the order I did not receive. That is called theft. I will use another company for my vaping needs.
I used VaporFi for the first time and it will be my LAST time as well! Not only do you have to wait around for an order that you're supposed to sign for but your order NEVER comes! It took 3 tries to get them to contact me and when they did they said I had received my order and showed me a scribble them claimed was MY signature! It was NOT! They say they are giving me a refund. This place is simply a SCAM and not worth the trouble they put you through! Never Again!
Ordered 2 Valyrian 3 tanks on September 6th. The website says 3-5 days shipping. After about 3 weeks, I reached out via email. They said it must have been lost in transit. I told them to reship. Within 2 days they did reship. On September 27th, it showed it had shipped per their shipping site. On October 16th, the tracking showed it was returned to them due to delivery attempts. Somebody was home at the supposed time delivery was attempted. Now, it's October 31st, I have Reached out on separate occasions and have yet to get a response. Stay FAR AWAY FROM VAPORFI!!!! They take your money and leave you with nothing! If 0 stars was an option, they would receive that!!
These guys are the worst. I ordered something back in may and it got sent back after hitting customs. Which is fine, but I had to keep chasing it up for months, after I was finally told that it got returned they could process a refund. Well it’s now November and I’m still waiting for a refund from them and keep getting the run around. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!
Shipping is horrible! I've been waiting on product for 2 1/2 months. Told them to cancel & give me a refund, they said it shipped for the third time that day. Said I wanted a phone call & to speak to a manager. That never happened, the phone number I have is disconnected. If not delivered by 11-9 I can get a refund.

3 weeks ago my SMOK ipx80 quit working. I went to vaporfi and ordered a new one. The shipping information was very sketchy. They notified me that usps would not be delivering vape mods anymore. They used a company called Boxcheck. The tracking information says that they attempted delivery 4 times. But I was home 2 of those days and no one attempted to deliver anything. My wife then ordered another one but had it delivered to her job. Also, it says that they attempted delivery but no one has attempted to deliver anything. I've contacted the company and they tell me they will contact the carrier.......it's been a month. I want a refund.
