I have not been satisfied with your support. However, I called and talked to Natalie. She was more help than anyone there and she absolutely answered and fixed the problem I was having. Customer service is on point
I had a family emergency & had to cancel my monthly payment & it was handled within 48hrs. I definitely recommend this company. Customer service is prompt & very understanding. I will be continuing my plan in a couple months. They also said when I come back they will give me their lowest price. Which they are pretty affordable considering how many glp1 companies are out there charging up to $400+ a month!!! I lost 13lbs in 2 months on the terzepatide plan so it definitely helps. I didn't have horrible side effects just the day after my nerves were overactive so I felt like I lost in a fight w Tyson but it was better the next day & they said they offer medicine to help w side effects if I decide to add it. But they weren't annoying about the up sale just informed me of the option.

I've tried several other Glp1 sites
I've tried several other Glp1 sites, and I've had some terrible experiences. One of the first I tried was Wellmeder. The medication was very easy to get prescribed. The pharmacy got the order out in 6 business days, despite the holiday, and the medication arrived cold. Easy, breezy. Customer service was outstanding.. I switched because I found Trizepatide at a lower price. I will go back to Wellmeder as soon as my current commitment is over. Honestly, there are some questionable Glp1 sites out there, but Wellmeder is the best I've found(and I think I've investigated them all.)
