Wetracked solved a real problem for my…

Wetracked solved a real problem for my store. After switching to server-side tracking, my Meta campaigns started receiving cleaner data, which improved optimisation and ROAS. It’s not the most beginner-friendly tool but once set up correctly it runs in the background without issues. Worth it for any serious e-commerce store running paid traffic.

Super bad tracking

Absolutely terrible experience with WTracked. The tracking is highly inaccurate and unreliable. For months I trusted the data, only to realize that the numbers simply did not make sense. The platform appears to count orders that were never actually tracked by their system, inflating results and creating completely misleading reports. The final straw was being charged $900 because WTracked claimed I had processed over 6,000 orders in just two days. This is completely false. I provided screenshots and evidence showing that the real number was significantly lower, but customer support was unable—or unwilling—to properly investigate the issue. To make matters worse, I only have a Google Pixel connected with a daily budget of around $50. The traffic volume is relatively low and certainly nowhere near what would justify the numbers they reported. It feels like they are counting total store orders rather than orders actually tracked through their platform. Customer service was extremely disappointing. Responses were slow, generic, and failed to address the core problem despite providing clear proof. Instead of solving the issue, I was left paying for data that appears to be incorrect. Overall, this has resulted in months of wasted money, inaccurate reporting, and endless frustration. I cannot recommend WTracked to any serious e-commerce business looking for reliable tracking or fair billing practices.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. First and foremost, we're genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. Receiving a significantly higher invoice than expected is understandably alarming, and we completely understand why this led to concerns about both the tracking data and the billing associated with your account. We never want any customer to feel confused about how their usage is calculated or how their invoice is generated. After reviewing the case internally, we'd like to clarify a few important points. Regarding the invoice, the charges were generated according to the Starter plan pricing structure that was active on the account. During the billing period in question, your store processed 6,387 orders, which significantly exceeded the Starter plan's included allowance of 500 monthly orders. As a result, overage charges were automatically applied based on the plan's pricing model. That said, we completely understand that charges of this size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Because of this, we have already coordinated with our Finance team and arranged for your recent invoice to be adjusted to our Scale Up plan, which supports up to 7,500 orders for a fixed monthly fee. We can confirm that the difference between the original charge and the Scale Up plan pricing will be refunded accordingly. We also want to address the tracking concerns. Our platform does not only track orders from a specific connected advertising channel. Instead, wetracked.io processes all orders generated by the store and sends those events to the connected advertising platforms. The advertising platform itself (such as Google or Meta) then determines attribution based on its own attribution models, click history, cross-device matching, and other signals available to it. Because of this, it is expected that the total number of orders processed by our system can be higher than the number of orders directly attributed to a single advertising source or campaign. This does not mean those orders were incorrectly created or inflated by our platform. That said, we fully acknowledge that if the numbers appeared inconsistent from your perspective, we should have done a better job explaining how the system works and reviewing the data with you. For that, we sincerely apologize. Our goal has always been to provide transparent billing, accurate event transmission, and helpful support. We regret that this experience left you feeling otherwise. We would still be more than happy to arrange a review with our Solutions team to walk through the order counts, attribution methodology, and account configuration together to ensure everything is operating as expected and to answer any remaining questions. Thank you again for your feedback. While we're sorry this experience was frustrating, we do appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and make things right. With sincere apologies, The wetracked.io Team

Tried several times to engage with their customer service, not being useful (Ravi), seriously over tracking and therefore overattributing, extremely expensive, i'm trying to figure out my options to probably switch to the oldway.

We sincerely hope you'll give us the chance to review your setup and address your concerns directly. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to hear from you soon. Very helpful support team and a clean tracking system. I had some issues reconnecting my Shopify store because of an old account, but the support team responded quickly and helped me solve it. The platform itself is easy to use and works well for ad tracking.

I always receive good help from Marvin and very happy that he helped me again. The only con is that the finance team that I have to wait long time for the finance team to give me a better discount (not very flexible it feels) because we are doing many orders with them. So I hope we can get also a good offer then we can of course keep giving good reviews.

Finally accurate Meta attribution after…

Finally accurate Meta attribution after iOS tracking hell I've been running Meta Ads for multiple Shopify stores for a few years now, and post-iOS 14 tracking was an absolute mess. Reported ROAS in Ads Manager didn't match what I was actually seeing in revenue — I was flying blind. wetracked.io fixed that. First-party tracking + data enrichment means my ad accounts are now receiving clean, accurate conversion data again. I can confidently scale what's working instead of guessing. Setup with Shopify was straightforward — no developer needed. Dashboard is clean and gives a clear picture of which campaigns are actually driving revenue. Support is genuinely good. Asked a technical question and got a real, detailed answer fast — not a generic FAQ link. The only honest note: there's a small learning curve at the start getting familiar with all the attribution settings. But once it clicks, it's hard to imagine running paid ads without it. Solid tool. Recommended for any DTC brand serious about their ad data.
