I was so nervous about ordering a topper online because of trying to get the right color. This store makes the return process simple. I quickly returned and ordered the darker shade. My refund was received 2 or 3 days later. Purchased the Ellen Willie Couture in Dark Chocolate Mix and am pleased with the color and quality. It’s a tad shiny but not so shiny that it looks fake. (More like very healthy.) the amount of hair is perfect too. Enough to add realistic volume to my hair without being too much. Am very happy with my purchase and will happily do business again.

I think it's a scam
They don't deliver and then they verbally abuse by gaslighting the customer. I was given a delivery time with notification only 2 hours before for between 10:45 PM and 2:45 PM that very day. UGH. If they told me it needed a signature I never would have ordered from them. So I stayed home from work, but they never showed up. That evening I went out to a meeting.And an attempt to deliver was made at 7PM. WIG's told me it was my fault somehow.And then their solution was for me to take off all of next week so that sometime between the hours of 8AM, and 7Pm ups might deliver it during those times. And because it's my fault, they won't give me a refund of over $800.

We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. Because the order value was over $800, the package required a signature for delivery to help protect against loss or theft. After the missed delivery attempt, we offered several solutions, including pickup from the UPS Access Point or scheduling a redelivery for any available day the following week. When those options were declined, UPS held the package at the Access Point according to their policy. Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund promptly. Our team always aims to assist customers respectfully and provide the best available options based on the carrier’s procedures.
