I waited a very long time for my wigs…
I waited a very long time for my wigs to get here and when I got the first wig, I was not very pleased with it at all. I contacted the company which responded to me almost immediately and wanted to know what they could do. They did ask for some pictures and I sent them immediately and they saw what was wrong with it. I had several conversations with a person called Chris and they were prompt and very courteous and seem to be intent on helping me. I have to say that this person resolved the issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. I did not receive the wigs at the same time, however when I got my second wig I was extremely pleased and had no problem with it whatsoever, and I will buy from the company again. It was worth the wait because I was not aware that it was coming from China and that explained it. Kudos to Chris because this person did an outstanding job.

I am super disappointed
I am super disappointed. The wig topper was advertised as 100% human hair. There is NO way it is real, It smelled terrible when I got it - I tried to dye it my color - and it didn't take well, and when I curled it - iit melted the ends, which doesn't happen with the other REAL human hair toppeers I have gotten in the past. I wasted $40
Never shipped
Ordered several wigs off their website. Item was not shipped after 2 weeks. Requested tracking. Quick response from Customer service to keep contacting them. Over 30 days later, still no shipping or order updates. Requested a refund from my credit card. Really sad because I was looking forward to trying these.
Charged in Full IMMEDIATELY but No Wig!
I ordered a wig and a headband on September 28th (17 days ago) and was charged immediately. However, to this day, no shipping info has generated. I was in touch with them via e-mail, and they said the wig I ordered was a "custom" order. I don't think I'll ever see it. Requested a full refund and have yet to receive a response. I will never order from this company again! That's what I get for not realizing the product was coming from China. Will do better research in the future.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Sep 10, 2025 I processed a wig under order: W82288436 (Adelaide), which never has been delivered. I was sending my emails to customer service, at least 3 or 4 until Chris (customer service representative) answered. Despite my request to be reimbursed, no action has been taken, situation obliging me to take next step of actions. DO NOT ANSWER TO THE PUSHY ADVERTIZMENT ON EVERY SITE YOU CONSULT ON LINE. IT IS A SCAM!!!!
Thieves! Fraudulent!
They took my payment and never sent me my order. I contacted them through the recommended email 3 times with no response. I tried going through the website "Live Chat" who gave me a form to fill out to make a payment to receive a response from customer service! I'm not paying to receive customer service. I reported the fraud to my credit card.

Didn't care for 1st wig still haven't got 2nd wig been 2 months customer service is horrible don't want me to return wig said I would have to return to China when I see California address and phone number want to give me 40percent back and 5 coupon I have cancer so I wad really counting on these wigs tired of arguing with company save your money pay extra elsewhere and get some one reliable I'm waiting on 2nd wig hopefully it's better than the first one I will be donating to American cancer society important note they said they tried to refund 40 percent and my card denied it really think of something better
