Buyer beware!!! scam site

Received a wig it was way too big and hair looks cheap. I contacted customer service to return and they offered me a 20% off coupon and 20% refund. I explained this would not work as the wig is to big, so they offered me 40% refund or return at my own cost. we know where that was going, so I said I would take the 40% refund. was supposed to be refunded within the week did the ever get it. This company is a scam!!

I ordered 2 wigs in January because I was going through chemo. The first arrived in February, the 2nd in March. Little did I know they were coming from China. I emailed and cancelled the 2nd Wig but it came anyway. I sent it back, Still trying for my refund 5 months later. Lesson learned

Wigyy is the best place to order wigs…they are FABULOUS

Wigyy is the best place to order wigs from, the quality of their products are amazing. I have ordered 5 wigs total and have not been disappointed, EVER! They seriously are basically ready to go straight from the package. I love them more than my very first wig I spent almost $400 on. This is a real review! You will never be unsatisfied with Wigyy wigs or with their customer service they provide!

BEWARE - product is nothing like advertised and it will cost to return

The product they sent was nothing like the photos/videos they showed. Customer service was prompt to respond. They requested I send a photo, which I did. This whole experience is being draw out over 2 months of emails back and forth. They now say, I can only get a full refund by shipping the item back to China at my cost...over $36. It's just not worth it. When I try to communicate with Chris at customer service, he just keeps sending me the same form letter. So, I guess I'm out the full price of this poor quality and falsely advertised product. If thinking of trying this company, think twice! NOT TRUTHFUL, NOT PROFESSIONAL, POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service I received from Chris was exceptional. Chris answered all my questions very promptly and was able to resolve my issue very successfully. The Edith wig I purchased is a beautiful wig and I will definitely be making further purchases. Thank you Chris 😊

I have been very happy with the wigs I have purchased over the last year (I now have 5)! I probably will keep adding to my collection. They are soft and incredibly authentic looking. I don't feel like I'm wearing a wig.

This company is in China

This company is in China! I tried to return wig and would have had to ship it to China. The wig was not what I ordered and was awful. I finally settled for a 40%refund. I’ll never order from them again.

It’s Doll Hair and there is no return, you have to send it back to China

I ordered a topper from Wigyy and checked first their return policy, they give a return address in CA so I went for it. ITS LIKE DOLL HAIR! Super shiny and the colors are not natural. When I tried to return it I was given an address in Chine that would’ve cost more than the topper itself, to send back. They will offer you a % back and ask you to keep it. There is no refund, no return, SCAM, DONT BUY FROM WIGYY

I ordered a wig but it was out of stock. I spoke with Chris in Customer Service, who went above and beyond his duty. Every promise he made, he kept his word and produced results. Great company to deal with, Chris is always very attentive and helpful and quick to respond. Wigs are good quality, wash well and spring back to its original shape when dry. Would totally recommend.

Love this wig

Love this wig - comfortable cap, low density so it looks like real hair, soft synthetic hair, believable part and the bangs are just right. It took awhile to get to me but worth the wait!

Erratic delivery time and substandard product for the price

The first few wigs I bought from Wigyy were ok, but definitely not worth what I paid for them. The last wig I ordered never arrived, after 6 weeks, and I requested a refund. I have now been getting the run around with them, and they still haven’t refunded my purchase. They don’t keep their customers informed of production delays, and will only let you know there’s a delay if you complain about it. Customer service has been slow to give me a complete refund and I will not be ordering from them again. I highly recommend avoiding their products.

Ive ordered 2 wigs from this company. Perla, they are gorgeous, looks so natural, heat friendly, natural looking part, which can be changed. Fast turnaround for delivery. Just ordered my 3rd wig from them. An plan to purchase in the future.
