My opinion: they sell low, talk nicely but give very poor service with no order tracking available until the wig s shipped months later. I thinkthe 5 star reviews are bought and paid for. All bogus.
Product takes several weeks to ship. I have asked three times for a full refund only to be met with offers of reducing the price. This company is a scam! My advice is to run away from this company, it is very difficult to get a refund in a timely manner.

Never received product and all they did was lie to me and I never received product or refund! I wish my review could be all over social media so people will no longer get scammed!!! I’ve made multiple purchases. The products are superior. Our post office is not and delivery has been problematic. Wigyy customer service was responsive and made sure that my order was received. If necessary, they are easy to contact and very helpful.
Wig is good but customer service is TERRIBLE. First, you do not get any confirmation of purchase, I ordered the same wig twice, not realizing the order went through. Trying to get a refund or even an exchange seems to be impossible. Every message sent gets the exact same response, I don't believe they even read the message. I will NEVER order from this company again.
Beautiful wig, my friends thought I had been to hair dresser, I purchased Perla, straight out of the bag and straight on my head, fabulous, would recommend Wigyy best wig I ever bought. Thank you Wigyy.
After received my first 2 Perla & Muriel wigs, I received so many compliments on my hair looking goog (enthusiastic "Wow! Your hair looks really great!" from friends that know me & strangers as well, I wear them with confidence. The ultimate compliment was today from my salons receptionust who told me she would never have guessed I was wearing a wig just from looking at it, it looked THAT natural. So, because I wear them daily and fear wearing them out, I've reordered 2 more of Muriel.
I kept going back and forth about whether I should give them 4 or 5 stars… mostly because it took 3 months and I thought I had gotten scammed… but tye customer service representative assured patiently and kindly every time that it was coming… and when it did… I wasnt disappointed… so pretty!!
Bought 2 wigs. Neither one is anything like the photos. So poorly made. I could have purchased cheaply constructed wigs from Amazon. And they have no real return policy because they have no return labels. Offered to refund 40% with a 20% coupon. I sent photos of the wigs. They didn’t even respond to them. Be very wary. And don’t believe all the ‘good’ reviews. They are probably AI generated!!!
I ordered a wig and received an order number. Heard nothing for 3 weeks. I needed the wig for medical reasons. I then contacted the company and received a computer-generated email in response, followed by another 6 enquiries. Finally I asked to cancel the order. Was then told my wig had to be specially made and would I prefer to change the style. Was offered a 10% refund to change. I said yes and chose a new style and was informed my wig had been shipped! 13 emails in total to and from, and I dont know what I will receive. Was not cheap. Very unhappy.
Purchased a supposedly brown/black wig. When I received it, it was definitely a lighter color brown. To return wig, I was offered 30% return and 20% off another wig or my entire purchase of what I originally paid. However to return wig would cost the same as what I paid originally. In the end, I only received a third of what I spent. I will never order anything that pertains to wigs online. Buyer beware.
This site is a complete scam. All the videos and pictures they use on their site to show their wigs are stolen content from legitimate companies advertising. Do a little searching yourself and you'll see.
After understanding it was being custom made I understood the time issue which was the biggest issue that I had. The wig was perfect when finally received. Customer service was quick to respond. Do wish there was some way to personally track the order.

I'm very pleased with the Harriet wig . It matches my natural hair color and is cool to wear in warmer weather. I also love the Rose wig I bought. I feel sassy wearing it!
Fast response time and a natural looking wig
The Perla bob had great texture right out of the box. Buyer beware: The bangs stuck straight out and there was an obvious bump at the crown. It was nothing but laughable. I sent pictures to customer service. I received hints how to fix the problem, what a fail. Nothing worked. Customer service stopped communicating with me. You get what you pay for. After reading reviews, the name CHRIS was everyone’s Customer Service Representative. Live and learn all about a big scam.
