Good experience but some room for improvement
I used Faye to find health insurance for my family when we moved. I started on the homepage, looking for individual family plans. The plan comparison tool was straightforward. I filled out the form with our basic info and clicked on ‘See Plans’ to get quotes. I liked that I could filter by monthly premium and coverage type.
I selected a couple of plans that seemed to fit our needs and went to the checkout. While processing my payment, I encountered an error that said my card info was incorrect, even though I double-checked everything. After contacting customer support, they quickly helped me fix the issue after I confirmed the details.
Overall, the variety of plans was impressive, and the support team was responsive. I just wish the checkout process had gone smoother.

Currently we are working on a claim with Faye currently. The company responded very quickly when we notified them regarding our trip and what was happening. They allowed me to not worry about the issue.

We had a major medical incident with my wife breaking her leg on a recent trip and Faye and rheir partners assisted us post surgery on all our return travel needs. Service and non medical escort (entire way home) was a significant help. Would not have wanted to transport my wife home without the support even though I initially thought I could do it myself ...

Faye was my first Travel Insurance experience and I was very pleased with their prompt customer service. Throughout the planning stages of my trip, I called Faye with many questions. I ALWAYS received excellent information and they were thorough answering questions. Luckily I had no problems during my trip, but I will definitely use Faye in the future. Our travels went smoothly without any need for emergencies. So the only thing we can say is thank the Lord for that. Having travel insurance is new for us so I guess the fact we had a cover of protection for the what if’s was comforting. Thank you!

Hello fellow travelers...I wanted to…
Hello fellow travelers...I wanted to make my 50th Bday epic and decided to climb Kilimanjaro. I signed up with Faye for insurance. While i summitted, I also got altitude sickness and needed to be air lifted and see the doctor. Once i returned, i filed a claim with all the paperwork. In less than 45 days my whole expense amount was reimbursed. The overall experience has been lovely and easy. I will keep coming back to them and highly recommend Faye :)
