I LOVE my Jord accessories! I have a wool hat, two leather and one wood Apple Watch band and an original wood watch. The quality is the best I have ever used and the uniqueness gets me SO many compliments! I think their products are very much in style and are very versatile!

I brought 2 matching watches for me and my partner, I fell in love as soon as I seen them in person. Great craftsmanship and there’s just so much attention and detail in the watches! 😍 one watch came broken but with great customer service they replaced it within a heart beat and was so apologetic. 12/20/20 I do not recommend never buying in this store, a year ago I bought some items and it took almost 2 months to deliver the order and this year we have already had several conversations where they promised delivery before the 20th, it has been 3 weeks, now they do not respond, it is a company with very bad customer service, they never solve the problems of their clients, the fault of the damage or delivery is on the other companies, never theirs, they are a shame as a company (I thought they had improved, I was wrong twice)
Thank you for your review, we did everything in our power to ship the items in a timely manner to you. We shipped with in 4 business days of the order with the regular shipping selected at check out. This 2020 year, in December, with the pandemic and Holiday shipping, there was a huge delay in the USPS mailing system and we stand behind them that they did everything in their power to ship quickly as well. The package arrived with in 14 business days. Unfortunately, that is longer than most but with the past pandemic situation in the nation and the mail delays, we hope you see we did everything in our power to ship quickly for you! Over the Black Friday weekend, the price of a watch I was going to purchase dropped from $113 to $61. I decided to cancel my initial order and repurchase since the price was so great. When I repurchased at the $61, I received an email saying I was charged $102. I reached out to the company and they refused to honor the price that I paid at checkout (which I had screenshots of with the order number) because they said it was an error. The lady I spoke with through chat cancelled an order after I told her not to and prior to all of this, the watch I ordered was no longer in stock when I made my second purchase, but was still showing up on the webpage. I had been communicating with someone over email who also refused to honor the price I had when I placed the order and completely stopped emailing me back. The watches are beautiful, but I would rather not spend money at a company with such awful customer service and one that refuses to honor an error on their website.

The first time i bought a watch i was very happy with it. It did broke pretty fast within a year but i thought it was my own fault. I bought a new one but now after 1,5 year it broke at the same spot again... so as you might expect i am not buying there again. I did see pictures of the new watches were they put in more steel at the weak spots were mine broke.

Awful shopping experience. I ordered a brand new Jord watch from the UK, paying all the expensive duties (tax) and what arrived is unworkable product - the hands of the watch do not move even though I simply tried to reset and done everything right. Bad product.

I'm in UK and I ordered a gorgeous Jord watch like mine for my daughter's birthday - only to discover she'd just bought another one. I requested a cancellation and got a nice reply with a smiley face by return - and was reimbursed immediately. Brilliant service.
I bought a watch for my man and a few months later it broke out of nowhere with the slightest touch. I was pretty disappointed by this because for some reason I assumed higher price meant higher quality but boy was I wrong. I thought it would be no problem to send it for repair bc all over the jord website it makes it sound so easy. I sent the watch In for repair at the end of April 2020. I got numerous messages that it was either sent back to me new, or they have sent my watch back repaired. Well a few weeks went by and I still haven’t received it. I contacted customer support numerous times very politely and they basically told me they don’t have the parts to fix a watch that they clearly still have the same watch I bought in there inventory... I have yet to get a response on now if they are even going to send me Not repaired Property back at this time. SAVE YOUR MONEY! This company does not care about customer service or making anything right.

They stress they will contact you back in 24 hours after contacting them. Not a single email or call back. It's been two weeks since I paid for an Father's Day watch that should have been shipped. After seeing the horrible reviews I will no longer do business with them. I'm working with PayPal for a full refund. This is horrible business. Its 1440 minutes in a day. Jord is Not going to convince me they dont have time to provide order updates that's been paid for in full and should've long since been shipped.
I have called almost a dozen times trying to receive my repaired watch from jord, no answer, left many voicemails, I have emailed you them another dozen times, no response except a tracking number 2 weeks ago, had to call Ballwin post office as it hadn’t moved an inch, they told me the package was never received from jord, it has been over 5 weeks since they first received my watch to repair. At this point I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy a watch from this jord! Terrible customer service and terribly made watches! I will never buy another jord watch again, and neither should anyone else!!!!

I had bought a leather strap for apple watch, which was very difficult to fit into the watch. It needs lots of pressure to fit in and could damage the watch. I fixed one side and found the the finishing is bad and the edges of the metal was coming out from one side and had to return back to Jord. They said they will refund my money but delivered back after 2 week also not got my money back and did not hear anything from them after many emails. Hope at least they will give my money back.

I have 3 of these watches. Been a fan since their first series released. They're high quality, beautiful time pieces that always catches everyone's eye. Something that has always been important to me is also customer service and Jord is one of the best in the business. They ALWAYS get in touch with me immediately when I need them and are very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this company and product to any watch collector and wearer. You will not be disappointed. The money is well worth the quality.
