I exchanged the first wig b/c it wasn’t…
I exchanged the first wig b/c it wasn’t the best and tried the ulta-fitted wig that has the seam in the middle of the closure and I HATE it. I already cut the lace b/c the fit has never been an issue with the regular 13x6 and I regret doing so b/c I can’t wear this wig. This is a waste of money. :-( The hair color and hair is decent even with the tangling. UPDATE: I was made aware by wow angel that this is my 2nd negative review, so my wow angel account was deactivated and my new wig order was refunded without my request or approval. I’m OK with their decision because I will get my boyfriend to purchase the wigs for me. I have ordered plenty of wigs from this company, so two bad reviews isn’t terrible. I was sent my previous wig review and it also mentioned the fit of the wig with the seams. Had I remembered, I wouldn’t have ordered this although I have a fix for this wig. I was told if I changed my score to 3/4 stars, we can continue doing business.

GREAT quality but be prepared…
I don’t know how to post a picture lol but I really was so scared of this wig being a scam seeing that there’s a lot of those lately but AAH I love it !!!! It’s been a while since I had a HD lace so it’s pretty fragile. When I opened the package it was preplucked and bleached which was one less ting to worry about but I noticed when I put th wig on my hairline one side had a little bald spot on it and I let them know. I didn’t want to send the wig back ( it took about a business week to get here and I didn’t want a new wig) and they offered me a 25$ gift card for the troubles ‼️I do appreciate the efforts of them trying to work with the inconvenience because it isn’t common✨ definitely buy! I got the 18 inch yaki straight 360 lace wig with the elastic tightening band‼️‼️ ‼️ PLEASE be cautious to not cut the back lace too short ! I fear it will unravel the stretchy thread ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Really happy with my experience with Wow Angel. I originally ordered 24 inches but changed my mind and reached out to switch it to 22 inches, and they were so nice and accommodating about it. The process was smooth and their customer service was really helpful. Definitely appreciate how easy they made everything!
