BEWARE! When paying for the one year subscription, they incorporate an annual renewal, without making it obvious. There is a small message that indicates an annual renewal in small grey print, right below the LARGE BLACK BOLD font. It's easy to miss, especially If you're in a hurry, or you're like me and have mental health issues, which includes ADHD so focus and paying attention in an issue. It's easy to miss by design. Business's you can trust understand that people make mistakes and have mental issues that affect focus and attention, therefore issue refunds. Not WPS, it seems their business model preys on people like me. It's a scam that's designed to give you no recourse. To be clear, it's not the fact they subtilty incorporate auto renew that makes a scam, it's the fact they subtilty incorporate auto renew, THEN refuse to give you a refund. I personally do not trust a company with ethics like WPS to do business with then anymore. I hope this makes people aware of their auto renew tactic and to cancel auto renew immediately if it's not what you wanted. Or better still, choose another product from a company with better ethics.

It's not a safe software: when an app forces itself on your computer, get installed automatically without any consent and becomes the app by default for all your Microsoft Documents, of all types, and there's no way you can remove it unless you format your computer, this is not a respectul softare! I think you should avoid opening any WPS document when you're using something else especially if you want to avoid publicity on your screen while you're working and presenting! WPS forced its way into my computer when I received an email from a friend who's using it, I opened it thinking it was an excel sheet from a sure source. And now there's a huge mess in my computer and no way to uninstall and get get rid of the software.

Width slider to adjust the…
Why is the width slider to adjust the width of a WPS file, eg spreadsheet not working? It used tto work so that I could reduce the width to 25% (and fill the rest of the screen with something else (non-sprteadsheet, eg website, search engine) but now, when I click on the Right hand corner to minimise, it will only reduce to 75% of the width and the slider to narrow it will not work! I have tried everything other than to uninstal the app (which I'm afraid to do in case I lose any data) and reinstall.

I've been using WPS Office for the last 9 years or so (previously MS Office 97) - no regrets, a perfect upgrade. I only make use of word processor and spreadsheet programs - so cant comment on other tools in the suite.

I don't use Word processing or Spreadsheets very often so to be able to use WPS is greatly appreciated. It can do a lot of things that I never use, because I only have basic needs. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to use Microsoft software. It's just as good.

I don't like companies that try to "push" their products to an unwary user (I'm guilty here, but I only have two eyes after all) and then charge an annual subscription, which is also recurring, without any prior visible notice. I uninstalled the app and thought that was it, but apparently it wasn't. I understand that it is a problem to process all requests, but I think that titles like "refund request" _should_ have priority. And my request was obviously not prioritized in processing. Please don't tell me there are so many refund requests.

Don't use, wasn't able to cancel my auto renewal, and they billed me £35 for a year subscription I don't even want, there website says they won't refund anyone even if they don't use it, joke of a company

Stick with Microsoft or Google
This could be better than either Google or Microsoft's paid products. Their UI is beautiful. However, the constant popups to purchase their full version and watermarks on all exports ruin their product. Not to mentioned it is developed by Zhuhai, a Chinese software developer.

Good and easy program to use. Very similar to Office Word but it's free and safe to use! You also have free templates you can use. For extra money you can upgrade to get more. I highly recommend!
