My almost 15-year-old, 60-pound Australian Shepherd/Border Collie has been so much more active since starting Wuffles nearly a year ago. I like the product. I would say that one thing you could improve upon is make it easier to navigate purchasing the product. I ended up being on a regularly scheduled refill, and didn't realize it. A shipment arrived, and of course, credit card charged. I get that you want to have reoccurring customers, and we get a discount for doing so. However, make it option to do a pay-as-you go. By offering that, you will get more customers and retain them for years to come. Thank you.

A life saver! Banana. a chihuaha-rat terrier, has been taking the joint and hip supplements for several weeks now. She's behaving at the dog park like she gained a new lease on life! Today, she was running and playing with another dog, something she has very rarely done. I'm very pleased wih the Wuffes products.

SCAM COMPANY!!! DON’T USE!!! BEWARE!!! I will never order, use, or refer this horrible product from this scam company EVER AGAIN! They got me on a promotional and started charging me unbeknownst. Then they make it nearly impossible to get your money back. The product itself is alright, but definitely doesn’t work as advertised. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a class action lawsuit against these creeps soon.

The Wuffles company is Great. my small dog just broke his rear leg. I bought 3 months to really see if they work after he has surgery. I didn't want a subscription. I contacted them. Going through the steps they gave me I was Able to Ensure No Subscription is enacted in my name.

Wuffes is giving my 12 year old lab/mix a new lease on life. She was getting to the point where she could not use her back legs to get up off the floor. I think this has actually made my dogs allergies worse. I have 4 large boys and have been giving them the recommend dosage and now their chewing is worse.

A nightmare on first time placing an order… and the last!
First placing order the item i selected (for large dogs) somehow processed into the order (even though I verified the size and all before I hit submit) as a small dog dose.
Then after waiting 3 days more than the expected date, when I checked the tracking indicated that the item got damaged during transit and someone in one of the warehouses returned it. Today I wrote a 3rd email because I was getting an email from you saying that the item was delivered, even though I contacted you for the second time about the item being returned. Customer service was polite and professional but there is some serious issues with the way your information is processed.
