The teacher is amazing to keep my daughter interested in learning Chinese languange. She has improved a lot throughout the year and has been able to speak Chinese with accurate accent. Wukong is very flexible to accomodate our availability and the staff is very helpful and responsive whenever we need help.

I purchased 6 month program for 1199. So far it has been extremely frustrating. You have to read carefully they made it tricky . They promising extra classes but it comes with a hustle . Also getting refund you will be charged. I decided to see how my kid will do and give a try . Customer service so far is horrible they don’t listen .

Smooth communication, patient and understanding. Almost immediate response. For the trial course very patient and knows how to engage with my son. He’s very energetic and gets bored easily but the teacher was so patient and engaging and he enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend.

Typical online school. It depends on the expectation. Teaching quality is ok. Teachers are often changed in short notice and parents are expecting to share the link promoting the classes in rerurn to get 'free' classes.
