Terrible
Flowers were shipped to delivery to my wife's business at 4:55PM. What a joke. They were 'left at the front desk reception' at 5:20PM. There is no front desk. Awful service do not recommend.

I placed an order to be delivered on May 4th to my recipient. It consisted of flowers and a box of chocolate candies. The flowers were delivered but not the chocolates. I reached out to them and they were unable to locate my order Even though a delivery was made. I lost out on money I spent for an incomplete order. Will not do business with this company again.
They didnt deliver my flowers... it was very important 😤 I'm so upset
We sent our daughter flowers for her 3oth Birthday. These looked terrible! Nothing like what is pictured and I thought they would come from a local florist. They came from FedEx. So disappointed 😞
I ordered 2 teddy bears for a sick little girl and her sister. They were exactly as pictured and put a huge smile on one sick little girl and her twin. Will definitely use again.
A family friend ordered flowers from this company. They used a subcontractor called Joy's Flowers in Chattanooga, TN. This is the review I wrote: I am beyond frustrated with this business. Their driver ignored a clear "Do Not Enter" sign and drove off the edge of my driveway, causing significant property damage. When I called to resolve the issue, the owner was completely incoherent and seemed incapable of understanding the basic liability involved. Between the reckless driving and the total lack of competent management, I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
I bought a bouquet that had roses mixed with wildflowers. The bouquet had all roses on one side with not one single wildflower.
The Flowers were to be delivered early morning (paid extra money) to a church for a funeral. The flowers arrived in the late afternoon and they did not accept any responsibility for the incompetence and gave no refund for the extra fees paid. Consider using another supplier.
WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? Lately, all my orders are not sent correctly. I just ordered flowers, a vase and a stuffed teddy bear to go to my sister. Flowers. check. Beautiful. No vase, no bear. I chat, they will resend. She didn't get anything. I'm in a chat for a half hour. Lose the chat. Have to start over. They give me a $30 credit. Still no vase and no bear. It's almost not worth it. I'm so disappointed. I just canceled my auto-renewal of Celebrations Passport.
Flowers not even close to the advertised pictures. Only last couple days. Almost $300 in the trash. Publix flowers are way better.
My son ordered a corsage for prom and had it scheduled for the day before. When we didn't receive it we looked up the order and it said confirmed. When I called customer service they said they didn't have the item and could give us another one but it would take 2-3 days. Now we are left scrambling to find one so his prom date isn't disappointed.
My daughter bought me Flowers that were delivered on 4/20/2026 , I don't know where 1-800flowers flew these dead flowers from but the quality was beyond terrible by 4/21/2026 the roses were really soft, as if they had frozen and un-thrawed, the Sunflower stems were mushy and the Sunflower itself was dead the purple flowers were dead as well . I also got 2 dozen roses from Publix that are still looking fresh and those roses was buy one get one free, 1 800 Flowers need to call Publix and ask who Their Vendors are because they are Charging for Garbage.
I received flowers in a box. Two thirds of them were dead and the others in bad shape. The few that were somewhat alive were dead the following day.
If I could leave 0 starts I would TOU GET NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT YOU ORDER OR WHAG THE PICTURES LOOK LIKE YOU WILL VERY DISAPPOINTED , I tried emailing twice with NO response .
I do not even want to give them a star. They deserve NOTHING...I ordered a floral arrangement for a colleague who passed away..I received an email and text message that it was delivered...I get to the Funeral and there was NO arrangement. I confirmed with the Funeral Home that nothing was delivered. 1800 flowers apologized and offered to deliver a floral arrangement to the family. Why would I accept and trust them to do that when they couldn't deliver my order in a timely manner. They offered a full refund which I deserved..
I sent flower to my mother-in-law after my father- in-law passed away last week. The arrangement was 80 flats and was absolutely disgusting. So small and looked half dead. So disappointed.
Got peonies from my husband on my birthday 20 peonies for 126$, tiny tiny size, came very dry half way dead looking! Extremely different from the picture! You can get nice peonies and same amount for 40$ very fresh with delivery 60$
This website is a disaster. They took my money but never delivered the flowers. Im let know Everyones not use this web site any more . Th customer service system consists of a virtual live assistant who doesn't resolve anything. Do not trust this website—it is pure garbage. Google should stop promoting this service.
I very rarely write reviews, and if I do, it is because I had exceptional service. But I feel compelled to write a review for the most terrible experience with 1-800-Flowers. I know that I put 1/5 stars, but if I could, it would be a 0/5. My mother in laws brother passed away recently, and I wanted to send her flowers. I clicked on the Same Day Delivery list of flower options. I found the most perfect option, made sure that the delivery date was same day, then went ahead and purchased them. I even paid $2.99 extra to have them delivered same day. I opted in for text updates so I could follow along as the day went on, and when delivery happened. I didn't receive any texts. The next morning, I receive an email that they are out for delivery. That is when I chatted with a representative explaining that they were to be delivered the day prior. They just kept reiterating that they would be delivered between 9am and 8pm that day. (The day after they were supposed to be delivered). They initially offered the $2.99 back, but I reiterated that it wasn't about the money spent, it was about the fact it was supposed to be delivered the day PRIOR. Eventually after repeating myself, the rep offered to give me a full refund. I finally accepted, which in my mind, would mean I would get my money back and they would deliver the flowers as they were still out for delivery. A few hours later I tracked the flowers again to see if they were delivered and my order was cancelled. I reached out to ANOTHER rep to express my frustrations, and they said that since the order was refunded, that the flower delivery had to be cancelled. No where in the first conversation was I told that the order would be cancelled. All that to say, the communication is 100% lacking, as well as the process of delivery. I will never be ordering from 1-800-Flowers again.
I’m very disappointed with my recent order from 1‑800‑Flowers. I purchased the extra‑large bouquet that was advertised with five high‑quality balloons. Instead, I received a standard bouquet and one low‑quality balloon that looked like it came from a dollar store. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo online, and the downgrade was obvious. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable and felt misleading.
