Our of our new washer and drier was seamless. Our ABT delivery team, Tony and Richard, were so friendly, respectful and efficient. Our home has narrow entrances, hallways and staircase with a challenging 2nd floor laundry closet. Our old machines were quickly removed. Tony went the extra mile by fixing our gas connection. Everything was tidy and quick. Couldn't be happier.

I had ordered a Bissell Big Green Machine Professional Carpet Cleaner from Abt to prepare for guests arriving last Sunday. While the product unfortunately stopped working shortly after I began using it, the way the Abt representative handled the situation over the phone was remarkable. After a disappointing interaction with Bissell's technical support, I called Abt and spoke with a gentleman who was incredibly helpful. He listened to my concerns and immediately sent a return label. I was thoroughly impressed to see that as soon as Abt received the defective unit, a replacement was shipped out later that same day. While the product itself was a letdown, the level of customer service provided by Abt was incredible. They truly accommodated my situation and turned a stressful experience into a positive one. This was my first time shopping at Abt, but it won’t be my last!
The service and products were priced fairly and the showroom was massive and the sales representatives Stefaina and Tatyana were amazing at showing us around the products and helping us find our purchases. We had delivery and installation done by Ziggy and Steve, who were both outstandingly professional, courteous, efficient, competent, patient, and careful. They arrived on time, installed everything perfectly and navigated our home carefully and performed the installation with flawless care and precision.
The two ABT deliverymen were awesome. I had an ancient Chambers wall oven. It is brick lined so VERY HEAVY. It was difficult to uninstall but they did it. Installed my new Kitchenaid and perfectly and showed me how to use it. They were great.
On April 24,2026 we had a New Beautyrest Queen Mattress delivered by Jeredt Perez & Donald Williams - we cannot say enough about how wonderful they were - They were both extremely knowledgeable ,professional , respectful and super friendly - They removed our old mattress making sure to be careful of our belongings - When they brought in the new mattress they made sure they placed it at a good height for my comfort when getting in & out of bed - They clearly explained how the remote worked for me to lower and or raise the top & bottom of the mattress - They were also right on time for the delivery and made sure to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know before they left ! They should be recognized for their excellent service ! We love ABT very much and have bought many appliances from them !

Mazen helped me from the start to get a quote, setup the account, take my payment, and schedule delivery all before I could even get a quote from one of those online appliance sellers. In fact, the online people finally got back to me with their quote, however, that wasn't until Abt's friendly delivery staff already had them delivered and ready for installation. Overall, I could have realized a $20 saving after rebate by using the other guy, then waiting and hoping the rebate would actually apply for a non-profit, plus however long after that it would take for the rebate card to arrive. Mazen was fantastic from the start. When dealing with him, I felt like a valued customer, not just a sale.

Bought a washer. They used Ryder to ship it. Ryder is impossible to deal with. Delays, no updates on delivery, no tracking info. The estimated delivery date when I ordered has come and gone, and it'll likely be another week before the item is delivered. Good prices and selection, but ABT is using a poor shipping company.

Sold a used, dirty unit as new — poor handling afterward I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new unit from Abt Electronics and instead received a clearly used product. The condition was unacceptable: Residue (“sauce”) on parts Rust visible on components Repacked box with missing protective plastics This was obviously not a new item. What made it worse was how it was handled. I was promised a response within 24 hours — nothing happened for over three days. When I followed up, I was asked to resend photos that had already been sent, and then told there was “no complaint to be made.” Instead of resolving the issue properly, they tried to offer a $175 discount to keep a contaminated, used unit. That’s not a solution — that’s trying to make a problem go away cheaply. Only after pushing back multiple times did they agree to process a return. Overall, this shows serious issues with: Quality control (used items being shipped as new) Internal communication Customer service professionalism I would not trust them to deliver a properly inspected product.
Hi Tor, We have been in business for over 90 years and do not "repack" items to be sold as new. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy as well. I personally inspected your unit and do not see any signs of it being a used item. I am sorry you are unhappy with it and we will be happy to issue a full refund to you.
