For years I was a full paying member of Animoto. Now that I can't afford the rates and have not been able ot work due to an injury, what they offer for xxx a year is absolutely NOTHING. Full advertising on everything, no music available but 2 songs. I cannot be creative at all.

DO NOT give them a license to steal your hard earned money by giving them your credit card information. Even if you believe it to be setup on a yearly manual renewal. They will auto-bill whether they you authorize them or not. And refuse to refund despite this and having not used their software. Any online software company can determine your last login. In this day and age there are better options.

Be sure and DO NOT auto renew. I think I responded to a brief trial. One year later, I was surprised by a $241 renewal charge to my account. I did not open or access the service at all. I sought a refund. The company won't respond to even discuss this. PayPal denied my claim. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
