Horrible Customer Service. They have an auto renew scam, where they charge you again on the one year anniversary. When the charge came up on the auto renewal date, I asked them to reverse as I only used it once and will not use it again. No way will they reverse. If they have to resort to these kinds of tactics to make money, it speaks to the integrity of the company and the product. They are probably making millions on this scam. Be very leery of this company.
I used the product once in 2022. I was placed on auto renewal and was never sent any billing notification or updated terms and conditions since then - which I discovered this year when I saw the charge on my credit card statement.
Product itself was great, but be very careful with billing and billing support. I had not logged into the account since 2022 and could not do so when I saw the charge - eventually having to dispute the charge with the credit card company as they made it impossible to cancel the account and fought my attempts to get the yearly charge refunded.

I would warn people against signing up for one of their trials! I signed up, and had a play with the system, I did this once, then logged out as I decided to not launch the new venture. Prior to that I was contacted by one of their team to talk about the platform, but this was weeks away as according to them they were going on holiday. I now realise that was a ploy. I forgot about it, and they auto renewed and took £59 out of my account, which is more than the expected subscription if I had wanted it to continue. I would advise to immediately cancel the trial if you do want to try their platform. A shoddy way to do business. There was no email or email sent. They just grabbed the payment.
