Amazing proactive customer service.
We ordered two items. One arrived on schedule and looked great, Where AnyPromo really shined was with the order that had an issue. The color was not as pictured and we needed to replace it. Carlos Alvarado on the Resolutions Team did a superb job suggesting alternatives, taking the initiative to send samples, and making sure the free replacement process was as seamless as possible. We will be coming back to AnyPromo because of their stellar service.

The only issue I had was the lack of clear communication from the first service representative in regards to the color options and cost of shipping. However, Ena Hernandez really saved the day!! The order process was fast and easy. Paola was really helpful and Diego did a great job as the artist placing my design on the little wrenches.
