Excellent Product for secure access
My company uses AnyViewer to monitor our customer sites. We manage about 6 sites most of the time. It allows us to keep critical data stored on our secure servers and access it when needed as opposed to having it installed on laptops we take to remote sites and could be misplaced or lost. EXCELENT PRODUCT!!

It's a great app to remote connect to another PC. They offer a basic free version and a better video quality, faster with other perks for a reasonable pay. I've been using it for aprox 4 years now.

There is good and bad
There is good and bad. Simplicity, yes. However it does need some improvements. The most important: THE ANYVIEWER ADDRESS RANDOMLY CHANGES EACH TIME THE PC REBOOTS! It Is not possible to reconnect to this device when the address changes. I am constantly (DAILY!) using HelpWire to go back in to the remote pc and get the new address and add my custom password back in again. Until they correct this problem everything good and bad is irrelevant. The other issues are bothersome but not a deal breaker. Update: I should have said SOME of my remote pc's are doing this, not all of them.

It's a nice little program but even when purchased the product for home use, the download/upload speed never went above 90k on file transfers. That's the same speed it gave on the free version. Thought it was supposed to increase with the purchased product. Had to use another web based remote control product to do any remote file transfers.

Exactly what I needed.
I'm a long-time TeamViewer customer and recently I was forced to migrate to the new license version, but the software became so heavy and full of bugs that I needed to find an alternative solution. That's when I found AnyViewer, and it's exactly what I need: fast, stable, simple, and no frills. Never again TeamViewer!
