Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers praise the staff for being incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful when guiding families through the stressful and emotional process of finding proper senior care. Consumers deeply appreciate how quickly advisors set up facility tours and provide useful, well-curated lists of local options tailored to their specific needs.
However, some people mentioned receiving relentless phone calls, text messages, and emails that unfortunately continued even after explicitly asking staff to stop communication. A few other people also felt frustrated because certain advisors failed to provide requested information or follow up properly during critical crisis situations.

"A Place for Mom" gave us several options for care in our local and surrounding areas. This was very important, because our options in the small towns here on the Oregon Coast were limited. They helped us set up tours within 24 hours to two options in our town. It gave us information on what various types of options could offer, the costs of care, and how to finance that care.
You will definitely get plenty of information. And plenty of phone calls. When you find a facility, make sure to let them know, and they will stop the emails and phone calls. The advocate was helpful, attentive and understanding. Would have been 5 stars, but they referred us to Patriot Angels for Veteran's services, who work for a fee. Your local Veteran's Service Commission provides the same service for free.
