I was contact by an agent from auto credit express she was Great! She explained my process and provide me with my dealership and loan approval amount with $0 down payment however when I got to the dealership tom peacock on 45 north they gave me the run around they were running my credit through other lenders and required that I have a co-signer and a huge down payment when I explain that I was advice I was approved already with $0 down it was the worst experience I was lied to and told many different stores when speaking with my agent the dealer never called her about my loan approval I was so hurt I believe at this point I’m going to reach out to the general manager

Experience was great! Got pre-qualified through cars direct and went to the dealer they linked me to 3 days later and was approved for a new vehicle and I was able to leave with a 2026 sedan with only $500 down. Happy customer for sure!
