It was presented to me that I was being referred to this website and eventually this particular dealer because my credit and income were hindrances to me. I had a very low budget and emailed and called the dealership ahead of time to voice these concerns because I did not want to waste my or their time. The person I spoke with on the phone went out of her way to reassure me that “this is what we do!”. When I arrived however , all of my fears became reality as the dealership was 90% new vehicles and they had exactly TWO in my price range . And they did not specialize in the kind of financing that I was looking for. Now I managed to get a co-signer and was able to procure one of the two vehicles in my price range but it frankly was not because of a specialized program. It was only because my co signer had a 750 credit score . So while it did end up working out in the end, I was not because they were determined to help me.

Gave auto credit express all my personal and financial information to find out they are just a middle man??? meaning they are not a finance company or lender they put my name into a computer and the "system" matched me with a dealership that is 50mi away from my location???
