Easy purchase, still undecided about the pillow
Ordering my pillow and shipping time was a breeze. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. I've been using the pillow for about two weeks and some nights I love it and find it very comfortable. Other nights I want to chuck it across the room. I'm 20 weeks and I will continue to give it a try as my belly grows. I appreciate the wedge for back support and the adjustability of the pillow. One important thing to note is that the cover is a 'bamboo and polyester blend.' On my skin, it just feels like polyester and sometimes makes me more itchy.

Unbelievably easy exchange process and also adding a new additional order at the same time through the exchange process was extremely smooth. Better than the sausage pillows
I was using the long sausage pregnancy pillow before this but this one is much comfier and I'm sleeping better with it

I ordered the hydration support drink mixes. My package arrived damaged but I was able to contact the company with an explanation and photos. They responded within the hour and offered to send me a replacement free of charge. They did not even require me to return the damaged product so it was no hassle for me. Knowing they have such great customer service definitely gives me peace of mind when investing in a more expensive electrolyte drink.

Detaches too easily - doesn’t work
Delivery time took weeks for the UK. The Velcro isn’t strong enough so I constantly detach it at night and end up sleeping on really scratchy Velcro and on my back. Would not recommend.

I haven't received the product yet so I will rate that in due time but they customer service is AMAZING. I bought a pillow and leggings, and then received an offer for BYGOF for the leggings. So I emailed and they sent me a free pair out! They contacted me straightaway, we're lovely and did everything they could. Above and beyond service. The shipping times etc have been very quick also. As I said, I haven't received yet as only been a while since ordered but If they product is anything like the customer service it is going to for amazing. Thank you!

I absolutely love my BabyBub blissful bundle (got the full set). It was one of those Instagram purchases that I didn't regret. I started using the pillows very early in pregnancy as I had a hip injury and needed to adjust my sleep position. Initially, I mainly used the long pillow between my knees and one of the wedges for back support. As the bump grew, I started using the second wedge for belly support as well. I wasn't sure how useful that tiny extra pillow would be but then I started using it in a few different ways later in pregnancy and I love it. I'm almost due now and while I can't wait to stop prepping my bed each night, these pillows make a major difference to my sleep and have been so helpful in keeping me comfortable and in position over night - no accidental rolling on to my back, no belly or leg pain. I'm still surprised how well this works after some hesitation initially. Highly recommend!
