If I could give baisi.wig a zero I would. Took 3 weeks.for order, received the order. The package was damaged and.wrong color Does.not look like picture. They do not send a return.label give you a card to contact them via email or whats app. The phone constantly rings even though I am calling on there time frame. Sent email.and.pictures. No.response DO NOT ORDER FROM BAISI WI G S⁹ BUYER BEWARE!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, the wigs are over priced and when you get it, it's nothing like the pics, I ordered 2 different wigs and they both looked the same, matted and ugly. I tried to return the wigs, but they keep discouraging me from returning them, when I ask to return them anyway, they wanted to charge me up to $30 per wig and said that it would take up to 30 days to get the remaining of my money back, which the handle was just not worth it. So if you want to waste your money then this is the site for you, otherwise run if you want to save your money.

I ordered my first wig several weeks ago…
I ordered my first wig several weeks ago snd still have not received it ! The wigs look nice in the ads but I cannot comment on how it look since I don’t have it. Also trying to reach someone to discuss this matter is very difficult. You have to ho thru “What’s App” phone number to speak with someone and then you get a recording that sounds like overseas and non- English! Very dissatisfied and this will be my first and last order!

Baisiwig are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It takes forever to receive a response to your email. You have to pay for returns even though u cancelled the order before they mailed it out. Beware!

I ordered a wig and 16 days the product has not been shipped. No response to emails or to chats. I will never order from them again and will not recommend to anyone. Horrible service. I’m requesting a full refund.

A Big Disappointment
Their response is a lie! I will not accept a discount for more trashy wigs. I’m upset I cannot include photos on this site. I would show you the doll baby hair I received. I should have just went with my gut that this company is a scam!! Don’t waste your money. I am very disappointed with the 2 wigs I received. Totaling $181.00 Both wigs are poor quality and is not human hair. The wigs Baisi wig advertises is not what I received. I asked for a full refund after and they offered me $30 which I said “No”. Then they offered $35 refund which I declined then they offered $45 and refuses to refund more.

The shipping process is long and updates are not consistent im not ordering again sorry this order was place on the /8/4/26 the last update was on 8/11/26 disappointed customer I've recieve my package on the 08/17/26 hair is soft but I'm still disappointed because the style is not what was shown in guess I'll have my hairdresser give it some more curls... and thanks once again.
