I purchased 4 wigs from this company. Was satisfied until my 4th wig. Wig did not look like the picture. I texted Ashley to let her know I would be returning the wig. I went to the FedEx facility. Paid the $16.30 to return wig. Waited weeks. Never got my $100.00. I emailed Baisiwig and was told to send them a tracking number. I sent them copies of my FedEx receipt. They responded back by saying that was their mailing address on the package and they would see if they got the returned wig. I still have not got my refund nor have they further contacted me. This is the type of Customer Service you can expect from them after having purchased 4 wigs from them costing over $100.00 per wig.

But wig will be squeezed during transportation, so the hairstyle was a little messed up or missed. Wish get your understanding! Definitely came from CHINA … nevertheless I decided to give it a try and see how it goes … placed an order for 4 wigs and the head size large extra 3.00 … ordered on 6/19 received tracking # 6/21 and order was on my doorstep July 7, 2026 .. I opened the box and one wig was stuffed inside the other lol .. all had hair nets around them.. WIG #1 - the curly updo looked used and smelt used. Very strange smell to it and I hope it’s not toxic. I shook it and it shed. It was strait hair around the base and the bun was messy kinky. 2 different textures lol NOTHING LIKE THE PIC ON THEIR SITE Further inspection into the bun and it had a clear rubber band around the top ponytail and the high bun had several hairpins in it that was unsecured and slid right open. Small cap size for a doll was NO GOOD!! They charged original cost $219.00 with discount it cost $186.15 smh .. WIG #2 - Mohawk Mullet 14 inch was a scissor slaughtered mess that didn’t drop 2 inches in the back. Seems to be a medium cap size although I ordered a large. Original price $$119.00 with discount my cost $101.15 for a poorly styled wig. WIG #3 side part #4 mix 27 curl was another hot mess. The hairstyle is short all around with the long side piece but the short part looked looked like a worn out rug. NO GOOD!! Size looked medium. Wicked mess!! Original price $129.00 with discount $109.00 WIG #4 - Mohawk Mullet with Bangs - This was the best out of them all and a keeper… capsize was ok and the style good. Only con is it was cut too short around the face sides and shed when I shook it lol ... should’ve had side burns like the pic .. a good bug spray & scrubbing out back to rid of bugs and things and it should be good!! Original cost $109.00 with discount $92.65 . I dare not return based on the reviews.. have to swallow the over $400.00 spent on the first 3 … they did send gifts - 1 - American Flag lol 2 - a sheet of American Flags for 4th of July lol 3 - yellow duck that I see on dashboards of people car 4 - yellow helmet with a gold link chain (no idea what it is) 5 - eyelashes 6 - wig cap … WILL NOT TRY ANOTHER FROM THIS COMPANY BASED ON THE UPDO … that product was very disturbing to say the least. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Reputable companies are very hard to find BUT THEY ARE OUT THERE!!
