I’ll start with customer service as they were sufficient and quick, a bit pushy with asking for a review before I even received the product. I just received my order today 7/6/26 and it is no wheres near what I expected. I ordered 2 wigs, one with a peekaboo color in the front and it is literally 3 colors (where the dye started to bleed into the rest of the hair). The second wig is a pixie with extenuated sideburns and it looks nothing like the picture. I’m just very disappointed and dissatisfied at this point because I was really was excited to purchase from this company, as I kept seeing ads. I totally understand as the customer, doing minimal modifications to the wig but this so much that needs to be done and for what I paid if unacceptable.

But wig will be squeezed during transportation, so the hairstyle was a little messed up or missed.

I highly recommend Baisi Wigs! I purchased three toppers from them. The first one arrived exactly as pictured, and I was so impressed with the quality and how accurately it matched the photos.

I ordered a customised kinky straight half wig and I’m such an indecisive person but they were so patient with me and made sure I was happy with what I was getting plus they are very generous with their prices.
