Having bought the Hongdui HD29 I had to return it because my chisels are too short to to get the correct sharpening angle- what a pity as the build quality is excellent. I followed the No Reasons Return Policy whereby I pay the return postage but to my surprise after doing so I received an email informing me that my costs would be refunded as this type of return is at their cost - wow, how unexpected!
I was a pity that the sharpening jig did not suit my requirements but that was only apparent after it arrived but what a nice end to the adventure.

May 14. Information from Banggood that there are delivery problems.

June 20 Banggood cancels.
Writes that the order is Canceled and the amount will be refunded.
Have spoken to their support, and they will look into it. That didn't help either. Only poor excuses.
See several times that it is advertised again for the same product. Support states that it is only for new sales, and not for what I ordered.

I was super happy to shop at Banggood, where I have bought several nice products from, among others, EnjoyWood - until they delivered a defective product.
That's why I also chose Banggood over Temu, and I chose EnjoyWood when I had to buy a Dial Gauge Corrector for my circular saw and milling table.
The scale on the product didn't work and one of the two needles was rattling around in the dial, while the other was stuck in a locked position.
I complained, and actually expected a refund or exchange, but this is where the problems started. First I had to send extra pictures of the defective meter, even though I had already sent a picture. Then I sent a video, after which they accused me of having disassembled the product, even though the watch is removable, and in fact was not attached upon delivery.
They are dragging out the case, and I am still waiting for a response, while they apparently write back and forth with the manufacturer (EnjoyWood).
Grotesque experience, for a product for 170,00 kr.
Unfortunately, it will not be Banggood again when I have to shop, unless I get an unreserved apology and immediate refund. I have otherwise been happy with the products I have used to build a fantastic milling table for my carpentry workshop - Really bad!
UPDATE
I got the useless reply below. Now after 9 days they suggest to refund 20DKK of the 170DKK I bought the product for. IS IT A JOKE!!!
And they use time on explaining, that they are in contact with the manufactorer. Obviously the do not know the Danis Law in which they have sold the product. BANGGOOD is responsible towards me and I have nothing to do withe the supplier. Theys should of course replace the product or pay back my expenses - product +shipping.
I thought Banggood would be better than Temu. It is the opposite. I bought similar products at Temu and have had two faulty products. They refunded instantly - no discussion.
NEVER Banggood again. That for sure!

They refuse to replace a faulty Cyclone 2 controller. Luckily, i paid with Paypal and have buyers protection. The support answers within 24 hours but lies and tries to scam me over.

Defective product and given little time to resolve. Despite quickly providing photograhic evidence I was then asked to provide video evidence within 7 days - difficult to do when the product is a phone cable and the only camera yuou have is on your phone. When I had that evidence I was timed out.
Bangood are not interested in customer service - delay, defer, deny.

I bought an item for more than 200 euro. The quality was very bad and it broke very quickly. I did not ask for all my money in return but only a 50% discount on a new order. The custormerservice said i just have to buy a new one. Bad quality items with no guarantee at all. Don't buy at banggood.

First of all, I personally have no reason to be dishonest. Banggood has many good products in its offer in terms of assortment, quality and price. Considering this aircraft is rated on many social media sites as an 'ideal beginner' model,a short instruction booklet would be welcomed by many purchasers.Fortunately I am not a beginner so have not encountered any problems but a beginner would I think want to know about surface throws etc. to give a better chance of success.
